@John Fedor very smooth, and no cabin noise when i hit about 85-90mph. The gas mileage i get on the car is the best part of it all lol. Has better gas mileage then the Acura TLX or Honda Accord.

I really like how you explain what is functional and what is not. I had no idea that front end produced functional downforce and was tested in a wind tunnel. I think a lot of car people like things to be functional so it’s great to see this info in a review. Not many reviewers focus on those small details.

I am sure down the line someplace and I really hope I am wrong but there are going to be issues with the DCT Transmission. At least with CVT they have been around for a long time, and while not yet perfect, they are getting better with time. If this DCT is relatively new or newer, it is going to take some time to for this to prove itself, and if there are any bugs, time to get rid of those as well. Everyone always knocks CVT and all of these new vehicles are just changing the name of it as they know it gets a bad rap. In reality, its just a variation of CVT

I had a 2013 Kia Koup for no money a few years ago and replaced it with a Honda. I still miss the Kia. All other brands, you're paying a premium for the badge. Sure, it's "just" a Kia, but their value proposition is SOOO high. Compared to the base of other brands, you will get all the options in the Kia.

I'm obviously a bit late commenting on this video, as it's been out for five months, but man, I really, really like the direction that Hyundai and Kia are headed. Remember the cheap, fun and sporty cars that were coming outta Japan in the eighties, nineties and early 2000s? Wow great review!!! I really haven’t had an urge for something new in a very long time...but this has me itching for a test drive and this price point is a huge factor!!!! Kia has really really wow me with this review...plus actually seeing one in the street in the wolf grey with way less fixings...this blue is the one I would go for. And you’re spot on about the chrome should have been a black or matte finish or to match that trunk spoiler. Bravo on the review and KIA two thumbs up!
