The replacement for the R1 is going to be V4 powered and have 850cc. An R9 has 890cc. What is Yamaha doing?

Sup bro. I mean I feel what your saying. But for someone like me...the R9 will be my first bike. I'm extremely excited about it. And yea I'm gonna snag the white one. I feel like if people don't like it then don't buy it lol. For people to just take a dump on it I feel is really not fair. There is always a bike out there for anyone that's why they make different bikes. I like how you just said it might not be for you. And that's completely ok. But for someone like me it is for me. Not really too fast but definitely not slow. I feel like I can learn alot on it and I'm excited. Definitely getting the white one lol. Later bro

Dawg the mto9 and the r9 is fast like ur beating most 600 up to 120 but then they gon reel u in. I’m upgrading from a 300 and considering it just because I think it will be really fun on the street and I want to start going to the track but I wish it went faster than 140 something ever since I hit 175 on my friends zx10 I’ve been wanting a liter bike

How is the R9 trash? You haven't rode on one yet it's full of tech and high torque. People need to stop talking our of ignorance. The R9 is bigger lighter and more torque.
