qk has their own software called qkconfig, i used it for the qk100 which also has a screen. it's pretty easy to use imo, but if you're curious what it looks like you can search for a tutorial

Do you recommend flex cuts pcbs or non flex cut pcbs? What pcb were you using in the video? I couldn't catch you saying anything about this.

Flex cuts if you want to use foams because the foams stiffen up the board. If you care about sound and more available options go with non flex cut

Trying to find this info, but no review has it listed. Is the knob replaceable? Does it sit in a cutout, or is it sitting on top of the case and easily replaceable? From emailing QK, they said the knob is 17mm in diameter, so not sure if it can be replaced by standard 18mm aftermarket knobs or not

It’s on its own daughter board and in a cutout. Unfortunately you won’t be able to use a 18mm there’s not much room

How easy is it to toggle between wireless macbook and wired windows connection? Is there a shortcut for chosing connection type and keyboard Win/Mac layout type ?

Yeah just hit fn 1,2 or 3 for whatever is in wireless then fn q to toggle between win mac
