I don't think game like ABI is realistic. A bit too casual for that statement, especially after 1 shot to the body nerfs. Also this nerf is good (saying as a retired player and a thermal user), even though it was a long way from ESP that most people name T7, but it still was op.

This nerf is actually the most realistic thermal representation. I own thermals in real life for both eye and gun and as everyone should know, thermals can't detect through glass, so you either put the thermal in front of the scope/red dot or you see nothing if you use behind it. The small eyepiece is actually pretty accurate for a scope, but the thermal scope normally is closer to the eye so you have a bigger image. Maybe it would be cool to be able to change the distance from the eye. Good video as usual!

The reason why they don't want you to use thermal goggles and optics is because of something called realism. Optic just focuses light to create a magnified image and thermal equipment captures infrared light emited along with heat, hence why they are called thermal equipment in the first place. The reason why they don't function combined is because infrared light cannot go through glass. That's why thermal optics have either those cubes around them or those laser like attachments. Those attachments on the optic are capturing the infrared light and then displays it. Hope you understand what I am saying.

Btw the high sens thing is a game bug. It happens after some actions, for whatever reason it just bugs out and ups your sens. Notice it most common with nades but I've had it happen with scopes and meds too

Great video, as always! But i want to talk to people about T7, not scope. So after about 30 matches with thermal (we were trio on a normal, i know you hate that) Thermals are op, you get a ESP with lowered budget, and it is op. But they have a big problem You shouldn't run them a lot on normal. The reason for this that you are balanced not by rank, but by Combat stat in your profile Playing with thermals is close to ESP so you could get the same combat as cheaters (and our trio did it) and play either against other thermal users (free money) or play against someone who collected 60 mil in 3 hours, or a guy with 98 combat and 70% extraction rate with t6 mosin that will kill you even if he barely missed your head. Be aware of thermal users, and if you want to play with them - do this now. Soon they will be pretty much dead for most people. Remember - T7 is an investment. You will either gain or lose everything.

@@cnjor2331 yeah, i died like 10 times in raids and my squad was saving it. Pay for t6 armor, thermal, at least t4 ammo and proper gun build (most of the time about 200k) just to use it properly. And you still can die. And that goes for everyone in the team, (but their builds are 2mil cheaper because they wont have it)

its good on mobile because no one takes mobile gaming seriously. its 90% kids who play on mobile because they can't afford a PC, therefor they dont need to nerf things on mobile because it's only a bunch of kids playing it and its a mobile game wich aint that serious. PC gaming needs the balance and the QOL. the thermal scopes does NOT need a zoom function, it also doesnt need better FOV, right now it's the only scope on the market that gives you the upperhand if used correctly and doesnt make it super unfair for other players who doesnt have 700k for a scope.

In their current state yes they brake the game. You can use thermals and a 6x scope. You are getting shot from a nerd across the map. There is no wipe, people have a lot of money they become even more unbalanced. It's just boring gameplay. If you have a 4 man squad with one or two thermals they are definitely wiping the lobby. Just no fun. Add a limit to lockdown, like 100k min, 400k max. Leave the thermals for forbidden so cheaters and thermals users can have fun together.

Lmao watching yall love these thermals and want them like mobile is so funny to me. I started playing arena breakout mobile the moment it came to mobile and it was amazing. However as they introduced these types of scopes i saw a huge rise in hackers until i quite the game. Please don't say skill issue, i played pubm for years and was #5 in my region. Im honestly no longer upset with cheaters, i understand them now. If games offer p2w cheats like this scope...why not buy radar? Games don't stop cheaters so why not? Enjoy these early days of ABI soon as enough people get frustrated with these bs things they will spend 40 bucks per month and use radar, your thermals will be extra loot for them.

Because im already got killed a lot by lvl15 players with thermal, they are just camping with it, there is a lot of places on this map where you actually can see whole map from there, places where you should not be able to get in but you can. So in some moment you just get shot from nowhere and you cant hear shots so you have no idea how to escape situation. This shit should not exist at all in game like that. Imagine i got killed by dude who played 7 hours, dude who shot me with m80s... absolute clown, but he still able to see me across the map and kill, thats just bs xD

I enjoyed thermal pvp personally and the high risk high reward that came with it, but enough people cried and asked for a change so it is what it is. I would've loved to see a thermal game-mode or just limit thermals to forbidden only and raise the cost.
