Is the town of Amherst NY really worth moving too? Pros and Cons 2024

We're in 14228 and I have to say, the schools are more diverse than other areas. Which is why we bought the house we're in. That's what we were looking for.

We are moving to the sweet Home district. I notice the schools tax are a bit lower then the other school districts. I hear diversity is good and I also hear a lot of asylum from Venezuela are coming to this area. Is that true?

I am moving in a couple weeks to 14226 zip code. If you say affordability do you mean grocery prices etc. Can you talk about that some more. Thanks and love the video.

the so called sunken state of NY is still ahead of almost every other red state in multiple metrics including crime lol.
