Just ordered mine. Waiting for the sizing kit. I use an Apple Watch daily but found it terrible to sleep with. So I’ll use the ring just for that. I probably won’t wear it all day.

@@jcap8391 In regards to sleep or workout tracking? I only use it for sleeping, but it is very accurate at tracking it. I would say it’s on par with Apple Watch, if not better. It’s absolutely more comfortable for starters. And secondly, it’s tighter on your finger relative to how tight a watch is on your wrist. We can debate what’s more accurate (wrist or finger). But overall, I highly recommend it.

@@jcap8391 It’s very accurate. I’ve been wearing the ring at night for the last week. It’s just as accurate as my Apple Watch, if not better. More comfortable and it fits better in relation to your finger compared to the relation on your wrist with the watch.

@@f8c3themusic I'm really on the fence about purchasing this. I read some reviews and post saying oura ring has more sensors which equals more accuracy. The readyness score is one of the most valuable data points I need. Garmin body battery I heard is the cream of the crop but didn't work too well for me bc I have extremely hairy wrists and medium dark skin. So it actually wasn't very accurate for me. Also have skinny wrist which would make me have to tighten watch too much. Ringcomm vers 2 is out but that doesn't connect with any external apps or devices from what I've heard. So between human and oura if it wasn't for the money or subscription aspect and they were both free would you still be choosing ultra human over oura?

@@jcap8391 I was skeptical at first but made the right decision I believe. As you said, Oura requires a subscription and I think that’s ridiculous. It’s one thing to offer in-payment services, but I don’t want a recurring subscription to know how many hours I slept. Ringconn has a lot of quirks with the app and doesn’t work too well with Apple Health I am told. Oura is more popular and I may have went with it if it didn’t have the subscription. So the Ultrahuman ring checks all the boxes. Accurate, reports my sleep data to Apple Health, not buggy at all, relatively inexpensive for the technology it has, and no subscription.

I ordered a oura ring 4 a couple days ago, note I've been using the oura line since 3 came out. I asked my wife if I should get the ultrahuman ring air, she was like nope just pay the monthly fee lol.

This is the best sized ring and it’s not a monthly price is amazing! As someone who is 6ft3 230lbs. The Apple Watch is small and confortable. The rings are bulky and big. My wife’s is tiny! It feels that way. I was wondering if the would have more space for bigger rings but it felt bigger each time

I’m guessing it’s not waterproof since you take it off when showing? I sometimes go swimming with my Apple Watch, can I do that with this ring? Also $350 is a lot for a device without a screen, the cheapest Apple Watch (the SE) is only $250. Do you know why this ring is so expensive?

It's waterproof, just if you wear wearables like rings and watches in the shower things build on them and your skin so a lot of people don't do it.

My experience with Ultrahuman AIR ring is disappointing. It was gifted to me by My Physician. I started using it in the first week of June 2024. it failed to connect (14th July 2024). Support did their job and finally replaced it with a new one. The second ring again failed (16/09/2024). They replaced the ring again. This one too failed within a month. I have returned it and requested for refund. 3 rings failed in a matter of 4.5 months. I am in Hyderabad, India .

All smartwatches track those things and more, and if one already has a smartwatch, this is a little unnecessary. That being said, I used to have a smartwatch one could sleep with but I want to get the amazing Garming Fenix 8 (should come out in September) and that is a little bulky and heavy to sleep with. For that alone I would get the ring to have sleep tracking... and for that alone, the ring price is really expensive
