I understand your concern but you should know that promoters selling their stake does not necessarily indicate a lack of confidence in the company's long-term prospects. In an interview with The Times of India, Ashok Soota, the chairman of Happiest Minds, stated that the share sale was primarily done to fund the capital requirements of SKAN, a not-for-profit medical research firm which he owns. And we should only worry when the promoters continuously reduce their stake in 3-4 quarters.
