Is There a Curse of Ham ?
The idea that there is a "curse of Ham" which condemns people of African descent to servitude is a racist misinterpretation of the Bible. In Genesis 9, Noah cursed his grandson Canaan to be a "servant of servants", but this curse was on Canaan only, not all of Ham's descendants. The Bible gives no support for the idea that God cursed all black people or designated them for servitude.
In fact, the Bible teaches that all people are made in God's image and equal before Him. The apostle Paul said, "There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:28). We must reject the hateful ideology that wrongly uses the Bible to justify the oppression of others.
This video explains what the text actually says and means - there is no biblical justification for racism. The "curse of Ham" was an idea created to justify slavery and prejudice, but it is completely unbiblical. Jesus came to redeem people of every tongue, tribe and nation. Let us reflect His love for all people and work toward racial reconciliation.

Noah wasn't white, he was albino. This is brought out in the extra biblical book of Enoch which is endorsed in the biblical Canon. Noah's albino mutation was the catalyst which allowed the races to become manifest.

I don't know what translation of the Bible you are using, but it is absolutely horrible. It changed the written word to the point of making it a lie. The event that took place had nothing to do with Noah not wearing clothing. What took place was incest. Deuteronomy 27:20 "Cursed be he that lieth with his father's wife; because he uncovereth his father's skirt. And all the people shall say, Amen." Leviticus 20:11 "And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them." P.S. That is what happened and that is why Noah cursed the child that resulted from the act. What took place with Lot and his daughters was NOT an example of "revealing thy fathers nakedness", it was daughters sleeping with their father. Both stories involve incest.

Ham was not cursed! Only Canaan was cursed! There is not a single scripture that says Ham was cursed! Genesis 9 says that Canaan, the son of Ham was cursed because he was born of incest between Ham and Noah's wife, Ham's mother. This is how Ham uncovered his father's nakedness according to Leviticus and Samuel. Ham did not do this out of depravity, he did this to dominate his father, to take over the tribe and usurp his father's headship. According to the books of Genesis, Leviticus, Samuel, Enoch, and Jasher, Ham snuck into his father's tent while his father was passed out, and took his father's staff of authority, priestly ephod, wife, and land. Ham wanted to take over the tribe and build cities again like before the flood. Noah did not want to do this. Noah was afraid God would flood the earth again if they started building cities. Ham built the first city on his father's land and named it after his son Canaan. He did this on his father's land because the floodwaters had not yet receded off of Ham's land of Africa and Australia and South and Central America. As the waters receded and Ham's descendants proliferated, they migrated into Africa and built other great cities like Egypt. They also moved upward into Mesopotamia and built Babylon. They had no regard for the land Noah gave to his other sons. Ham passed all the things he stole from his father's tent down to his grandson Nimrod, who brought the people together by force to build the Tower of Babel. God destroyed the Tower of Babel and caused all of mankind to scatter in every direction away from the remains of the tower. At that time, the landmass of Pangea broke up resulting in the continents we know today. Those continents are still breaking up as we see with the splitting of Africa and North America.

We also know it is true because of the genetic test done on Pharaoh Akhenaten and King Tut which show that they were suffering from severe handicaps resulting from incest. As is typical of royalty, they wanted to keep the power within the royal family, so they intentionally mated with each other, which, as we know, results in horrible handicaps over the generations. Caucasians did not become manifested until after the destruction of the Tower of Babel built by Nimrod. As people spread out on the earth, and the continents broke apart, populations became isolated and gene pooling resulted, causing the manifestation of the recessive genes of albino Noah to become evident. This happened to every race to some degree, but most noticeably to Caucasians who were confined to caves during the ice age. Caucasian genes were refreshed when Caucasians migrated down into Asia as the Ice Age subsided. Caucasians come from Japheth while Asians come from Shem. Therefore, Noah's prophecy was fulfilled when Japheth dwelled in the tents of Shem while expanding their territory. Ham had many other sons who were not a result of incest with his own mother. Racial skin colors occurred through Noah's recessive genes and gene pooling in isolation as a way of helping mankind survive in their given climates. Because Japheth's descendants migrated to the cold and dark northern regions of Europe and Asia, and they became isolated there until the Ice Age receded, they gene pooled lighter skin in order to absorb more vitamin D which is necessary in small amounts for survival. In the meantime, ham's descendants had migrated to the southern regions and the hot climate of Africa and Australia and South America where they needed more melanin in their skin to protect them from the sun's rays and overproduction of vitamin D which is toxic in excess. God gave every race what they needed to survive in the region in which they lived. There was no preference being shown by God, there was mercy being shown by God. God loves all of his creation, he was trying to keep us all alive, and gave us what we needed to survive. It is the misunderstanding and misinterpretation of Human Beings that corrupted God's intentions. Nevertheless, all of Noah's prophecies have come true exactly the way he said that they would. And in the end, it will all work out for Man's benefit, although it may not seem like it at the moment. God sees the end at the beginning, and orchestrates the outcome. We learn obedience by the things that we suffer. Jesus said the kingdom is among us. After all that we have learned throughout history, we ought to be able to put it all together now and form that Kingdom.
