So I just wanted to mention that this run is in the current updated version of the game. In the past it was MUCH easier to play late game :). Can you think of anything else I can do to make my run better?

I've done quite a few round 140 chimps runs on maps like Sunken Columns, Spice Islands, Cracked, and even Quad (Up to R140 anyway, but failed due to lack of BAD damage,, was using Geraldo with GMN and Homeland), and I've got a few handy tips for possibly improving your lategame runs. 1. Ezili is easily the best freeplay hero for chimps runs like this if you have the option to use her, without a doubt. The ability to damage BADs at an extremely fast rate with her level 20 hex means that as long as you manage your abilities well, she's able to handle ridiculous amounts of late rounds, especially considering the potential synergy she has with Energizer for both leveling in pre-100 and ability cooldowns in freeplay. 2. When using Grandmaster, in my experience, it's better to go for the Homeland and Overclock combo. It is more ability based than using PBrew, but you don't really have a whole lot of options in freeplay. 3. HOWEVER, with the above point being mentioned, the easiest way to get to the higher rounds (without some crazy strats like Ezili and Super Mines like I've seen) is using both Ezili and M.A.D. The extreme moab damage and ability to clear BADs with relative ease means that if you combine this power with some ceram cleaners and buffers (I recommend Absolute Zero or even Snowstorm spam), you should be able to get plenty far. So Ezili, M.A.D, Overclock, Homeland, and some stallers should make you do plenty well. Best of luck overall, and certainly an interesting run from you. Keep up the good work 👍

I don't know for sure if this is the best option but I really like the bottom path mortar for late game runs. With the way that hp scales as the rounds progess, the ability to strip the fortified property and half the hp of any fortified blimp/balloon just seems very good for its price. It basically like the middle path ninja but always active.

i once did a lategame chimps run on logs, i manages to fit a shinobi army in the bottom right hand corner of the map, doing that also got a cool glich where the master bomber would be able to throw 5 - 8 bombs on each moab at a time whigh did giga damage. the downfall was the f bad on roung 140, i don't remember what hero i used. have a great day!

If you’re able to get temples and sun avatars down, using adora would probably be better than Churchill because of her attack speed buff with the sacrifice ability. It’s a cheap way to give buffs to those towers

I have said Ezili but health and speed ramping, plus how she is only amazing against fbads and not fzomg or fbfb rushes, she just isn’t that good. Adora though, could be very useful in a savatar-based strat or with temples. One could also use her sacrifice to get rid of discount villages/mistakes Juggling 2-3 sabos should allow for a near-constant slowdown which is…pretty powerful

There’s definielty alot of good bloons youtubers and players. SJB is definietly one of the biggest youtubers for BTD6 and great for recruitment to the game aswell as beginner friendly «guides» for new players to take a step further. As im getting quite experienced in BTD6 its quite obvious hes not the best player on youtube, but hes sooo important for recruitment and for beginner players to learn and enjoy BTD6.

Hello Mr. Bombo. Just wanted to say that the MOAB Assassin was a weak option given your defenses. With the huge number of projectiles, an Embrittlement would have increased your damage more, and for less money (~394 dps from the +1 damage buff vs ~73 from the Assassin's active and shots combined. Can show work if desired). Other than that, great attempt, love your efforts lately 😄

Try Gaive lord in the small box. And ice brittlement at the start to weaken moabs And go for the village bottom path before you upgrade the ninjas spam. You can get a homeland later, but saving 10% on each upgrade will give you more money to work with

I’d recommend putting a perma-spike at the end on the corner there. From what I’ve seen, perma is a really good clean up or maybe use a spike storm like you said there.

use unstable concoction because it's damage is %based making scale with late game really well for such a cheap tower and i think that you bross path with faster throwing for slightly better dps

Agreed, unstable concoction + moab glue + moab press are super cheap and effective combo starting around r65. To make UC more effective, Icicle Impale and/or Super Glue are nice to have, starting from r90.

By the end there, Churchill didn't seem to be doing a whole lot. Since all of your damage was from magic monkeys, Obyn might have been a better option. the increased range would not only have more of them hitting at any given time, but also put more spread on the shinobi tactics. +2 pierce on every single shuriken wouldn't be so bad either. Would have freed up that prime central spot for someone that could take better advantage of it too.

Many things I'd change - If you want to save more money, then just get two support towers, both with the bottom path discount. One with MIB the other with top path. Yes, there's slightly less space for your ninjas (or whatever else) but it would be worth it. - You could have relied on Churchill for more if you set him to "strong" or "last". Didn't you say you'd do that? Instead it was on First, which wasted a lot of straight line shots. - the ninja monkey placements. You also accidentally picked wrong path for one of them (though in fairness you caught that yourself) - Churchill is better as a solo hero, but if you're going to spam Ninjas or other high-rate of attack monkeys, Obyn, Pat, Gwen, etc might have been better. Aura heroes are generally going to be better in the late game, because all those tier 5 monkeys you build will completely eclipse the damage of any heroes you pick, even a level 20 Churchill.

My highest CHIMPS round stands at 153, apparently. I think I used a Glaive Lord/Icicle Impale combo for general damage and Carpet Of Spikes for BAD damage. I don't remember all the supporting towers I used, though

I don't know about chimps, but on apocalypse I can get into the high 100 rounds. No farms, Benjamin as hero, Spirit of the Forest, Avatar of Wrath surrounded by 0-0-4 druids, and POD with permabrew. Reinforced DDTS killed me.

Get ultraboost before any alchemist (around round 110), then save up for pbrew, grand sabo, M.A.D, homeland, and energiser. you should be able to use moab hex to take out most of the fortified BADs, and just hope that there aren't so many that you can't handle them.
