From what I remember, they said Athalia was coming out this season, so i think the twins will be the most economical choice for us f2p this season.

2 questions 1. Is +10 on sinbad good or does he have to be +15 2. Does paragon and all the stats you get only apply to PvP or is it specific stats that only apply to PvP, and like Hp atk and def you get from paragon still work in like dream realm?

1. +10 is minimum to perform in DR, +15 is more stats 2. There's a section called Rivalry Stats that only applies to PVP, but if you scroll down there's a section for small stat bonuses that applies to all modes
