I believe Neito Monoma from Class 1-B is the traitor. Ignoring the fact his name is Phantom Thief (possible Phantom Menace reference), it seems that every time the students are attacked he's the farthest away from danger. He could have purposely failed the final exam so he would be out of the villain's way when they attacked the camp and if something goes wrong he'll be protected by his homeroom teacher, Vlad King. Also with his quirk, he is able to copy anybody's power which can give the villains insight into their enemy's abilities. He seems to be someone who likes to create discord in others (thus harassing 1-A whenever possible) yet avoids direct conflict as well. Being a gifted strategist (as shown in the U.A. festival arc), it is plausible that he could be a spy.

Another evidence for Toru being the traitor would be, because if any of the other students were the traitor, they would've told the League about the tracker and Kirishimas rescue plan, but the league didn't know, which means the traitor wasn't in the room to hear the plan...Toru was passed out during the rescue arc and didn't know anything about the trackers.

Ian Hall I don’t think it would be very likely because it’s sort of a “mutant” quirk in the sense that it’s apart of her body in which she was born with it, and it’s been explained that Eraser can’t erase quirks involved w mutation like the monster (s) ‘Nomu’ in appearing mostly in season 1/3, if that answers your question. :)

As of right now, she only has 3 blood samples: Izuku, Ochako, and Camie. I don't think we know how long she can stay as said character with the amount of blood she takes from them, but if it's a long time from one drop, then you can only imagine how long she can stay transformed as Uraraka, considering how much blood she stole from her. The same, if not more, could be said about Camie since we don't know how much blood she got from her. There's also the idea that those two could have some kind of connection.

@@lackluster6 No, it's still plausible. A mole wasn't officially considered in the story until after the summer camp arc, if my memory is correct. Since she joined the league of villains shortly before the attack, it's possible that she was the one who gathered information the camp's location. As for the USJ, its possible that the league got their information from the media break in, without the help of a mole.

If someone's getting blackmailed I'm bet it's Sparkles, based on how scared he was in the training camp and that where is was in the USJ attack was a secret. Take into account that the villains didn't know the quirks of the students or EraserHead's it makes sense that they wouldn't be getting all the info they needed or wanted with blackmail. But his actions in the licenses exam make me think otherwise. Also why would he attack like that if he's being blackmailed.

Well tbh toga has quite potential being a spy. During the camp, she got the blood of Uraraka, which means she can basically transform into her. This does not mean she is the traitor, but maybe she kidnapped Uraraka since "she haven't used her addapting quirk" and act like Uraraka to get some information. Therefore, they don't need the traitor anymore, so the blackmailing would make sense

I think it’s Toru Hagakure. To start of, her quirk doesn’t seem like the type to actually be able to pass the entrance exams and she didn’t get in on recommendations either which is strange. Next of, she specialises in stealth which make it easy to sneak out of the dorms to the leave of villains when no one is awake. She is also not seen during the USJ but claimed to be in the same area as Todoroki. When Todoroki performed the freezing of the villains, it would of made sense, judging from her personality, to be all awe-struck ta how easily he handled them and make an out-burst. Also, how did she get back to the main entrance without getting attacked? Hagakure has also gotten a decent amount of screen time gain fans and later to shock everybody on the fact she was a traitor and sadden a few. During the Kamino-ward incident, she was knocked out by the mustard gas but already had a mask on, but it would well be a possibility that someone else had put it on for her. This is just my opinion. I do believe Aizawa is training or at least helping him in some way to be in the hero course. But now that you mention this it is a possibility that he is going to be used to interrogate UA staff and students, under the supervision of Aizawa. Then the League of Villains could find out about the USJ and training camp that way. Even if they tried to double-check that All Might was at USJ, if the trick relies on a connection to One For All, they might have picked up on Deku's location and mistaken him for All Might.

I think the traitor is VladKing: 1. He would have known about the day 1-A would be at the USJ 2. He was told by aizawa all of 1-A's students and their quirks, which is how the league of villains knew that information 3. He was at the training camp and was away from the fighting (aside from the Dabi clone) 4. He isn't a part of the inner circle, suggesting All Might doesn't trust him enough with the One For All secret.

This is a world of practically limitless super powers, what if a villain has an information type quirk; one that can read minds or track a persons location? Such as Ragdoll's ability. Monoma could be the traitor for that exact reason though. He hates 1-a so maybe he wants them to be taken less seriously. He also made fun of Bakugou for "always being the victim" what if he planned that? He honestly could be a cool traitor because if he wanted to get information he could copy Shoji or someone's quirk to listen in.

small problem. I don't think a student can be traitor. One of the big info villains got before their first attack was that All might is getting weaker. That was very hush hush up until his big fight with All for one. Only few teachers know his condition and from students from class A and B only Midoriya (and only that students could be traitors, others U.A students didn't know location of the summer camp). Traitor must be a teacher.

HI IM GLAD YOU METIONED MONOMA AT THE END and here's why you should make a video talking about it: 1 - Monoma obviously is intelligent as seen in the tournament arc 2 - Monoma doesn't like class 1-A since he is always making fun of them this also shows that he is an unstable character: perfect for a villain. 3 - Monoma has an overpowered quirk that allows him to copy others quirks so how did he fail the final? 3.5/4 - In the training camp arc he is the only person from 1-B to fail the final. Explanation? He wanted to stay safe in the building with the extra lessons because he doesn't want to be harmed by the other villains 5 - Monoma claims he can only copy a single quirk for five minutes at a time, however, what if that's a deception, as 5 minutes is a very small time period. This quirk, while it may be a bit overpowered, 5 minutes still does not compare to the others' quirk capabilities. Plus, monoma has to touch the other person to copy their quirk. I think there is more to be known about Monoma's quirk

Regarding point #3, I think that's actually a reoccurring theme in MHA. There are a number of characters with powerful abilities who don't measure up, while both in Class 1A and among pro heroes, we see a lot of unlikely talents (take Best Jeanist, for instance). There seems to be a consistent message that raw power alone insn't good enough, if it's not being used well. How and why a hero uses their quirk are equally, if not more important. Heck, one of the kids who hangs out with Bakugo in Episode 1 has functional wings, which would be an excellent quirk for a hero, but doesn't even make it to UA, and we know it's what most of their class wanted to do.

The traitor is obvious. IT’S THE PRINCIPAL. Who is the “SMARTEST CREATURE IN THE WORLD” the principal. That’s his power. So how would a principal that leads the #1 most prestigious school prepare his students. Leak their location to the league of villains so they have real world experience. He is looking at this like a chess game and know he can get his pawn to move all the way across the board to become a queen/pro because he knows he can use his pros to protect them on the way.

i think denki is the best decision, i mean they beat up mr.Aizawa in during the training thing with 13 meaning its most likely not him and none of the other teachers have had enough screen time to make it so them being a traitor would be a big plot twist so I believe its probably a student. so far I believe it's deki because (MANGA SPOILERS) when they were at the training with 13 and momo, jirou and deki where together and when jirou told deki to shock the villined be basically hesitated and said that he might shock them since he doesn't have control which was pretty true but it could have been him trying to protect this villines since he is on there "side" and one of the villines didn't want to hurt him as well so, also i don't remember the exact time but when battling after he battled someone in the manga I am pretty sure during the sports festival he looked worried because he used the move that usually causes him the short circuit but ended up being fine, also you cant say be could have just been getting better at his powers because not to long after he does the same move and short circuits once more and also he does most definitely look like he realized he made a mistake after the battle most likely meaning he realized he forgot to pretend to short circuit and could have gotten caught. and also in some art i saw it it shows this idea of being 2 sided, the good fun side we always see and a more dark grining side that looks more evil, so maybe deki is two sided and in his time in UA he becomes good friends with his classmates but when they find out the truth he is forced to leave and never see them again.
