You are right Nick, I don’t know if there’s any hope from a break up , we can’t foresee the future for someone unpredictable, we aren’t the dumpers until the power switch day to the dumpee then time will tell us, the only thing we have to do is rebuild our life and rebuild ourselves, trying the best to not think about the dumper to think about anything from this break up, no matter how much pain we have to carry it’s hurt and it’s difficult, we have to stop waste our time , no matter without or with the dumper or any partner , we will have a positive future by created our own hands

Got referred to your content by someone in a support group I'm in, and as a viewer who watches Rory/The Love chat, he says the exact same thing about having the "zero hope" mindset. It's as if you're his his British Counterpart, haha. But in all seriousness, I also had a coaching session with him, and he instilled something he calls the "zero hope" mentality when it comes to reconciliation and to transfer that hope into hoping that this journey will make me a better person. He told me to trust the process, let the cards fall into their proper place, everything happens for a reason, and if reconciliation is within the cards its within the cards, if it's not its not. Just focus on the personal growth and TRUST THE PROCESS.

I know where you are coming from regarding your stepdaughter. My girlfriend who I was with for 8 years broke up with me a month and a half ago. When I met her she had a son who was 2 years old. I stepped up and raised him as my own along with my 3 daughters. The breakup was extremely difficult because not only am I losing my girlfriend but also a son. I am feeling better and moving on but there is a deep void left in me. I have a hard time understanding why the break up happened, but it really doesn't matter at this point. Your videos have been very helpful in my journey towards a new beginning. Thx!

Ah man thats rough 🫂. You have to breakup with both of them which i think is worse than a “standard” breakup. I don’t think the weight of it gets lighter, we just get better at handling it. I hope you feel better man.

@TheLoveFix-Nick Thank you, I'm doing much better but like you said it takes time. I feel so bad breaking ties with her son. It's not his fault what happened and he doesn't get a choice. I've called him on the phone a few times, and he was hoping to hang out, but I'm realizing this can't happen if I'm going to heal and move on. Perhaps some day we will be able to meet when I'm in a better place.

Honestly all the coaches says do this and do that .its not easy . ...actions speak louder than words .for my personal expierence it made me a lot stronger .but left me a scar. It was so difucult to live in the same bulding with my ex..and i think a lot of times to not having break up..because its so harder after the break up.because some times you see or hear you ex..so personal growth ..yes ...i did this .but havent find better gf yet. If you did your best and they still rejected you, move on. Block them everywhere and don’t unblock, move on with your life. Coming from experience, the 2nd time around doesn’t go like you think it will. Cause the same problems that lead to the first break up will more than likely lead to the reasons for the next time. Like Nick has said, it sets a precedent for the next time. Go to therapy and level up. There’s better out there, especially if you evolve and make YOU better.

My main thing is why do so many people need to no if it’s a rebound or did they monkey branch or why do I need no contact.the only thing that matters is they don’t want you and it’s probably Wright if you look at the relationship it’s so hard even if you can see you was settling but that’s just ego and fear .do no contact not to get them back but for your own mental strength

just curious does sleeping with other people help you get over the break up sooner? like say 2 months after you’ve broken up gone no contact ever since. I even had to block my ex due to holding out hope and breadcrumbing me that I had fully decide that I’m moving forward.

It helped me feel better. It was good that I didn't have an emotional attachment to the women though. It was nice because I felt intimacy from her which I realized was missing in my relationship with my girlfriend. I realized how far apart we had emotionally grown apart.
