Not sure about Barbados, but you can easily get Indian food in Guyana and Trinidad as many of the people there are of Indian descent or their ancestors were Indian. And by Indian food, I mean its Caribbean inspired with slightly different ingredients and masalas. But it retains somewhat of a familiar taste.
