I’ve always said religions is like a carrot and a car, they have nothing in common, religion is a man made thing, it breeds competition and pride, where man congregates, there is death, garbage and selfishness. But God is a definite reality, you’d have to be a complete moron to think he didn’t exist, and logically, I think the only thing God needed once was space, to create a universe so vast you have to be a complete fool to think he only created earth, so to me, organized religion is just another form of government. I unknowingly agree with Nicholas, I wouldn’t say I hate religions, but I definitely understand where he’s coming from. What I don’t understand is if I’m right or wrong in feeling this way about religion. If I had to pick a religion, it would be 7th day Adventist. Simply because of what they believe. But that’s where it ends for me. I have hunted down and watched everything Doug Batchelor put on the internet. I have so many questions that have been generated from so much information, that I think God would need at least 2 years to answer them all if I could ask him. Thanks for Pastor Doug and all the other SDA pastors, I respect and am so thankful for what you all preach. You guys have more balls than me, I could never do that. But I don’t understand the logic of God when he puts a plague on the earth that kills everything in the ocean and waters, why? Kill humans, they made this mess. Start with Satan, he’s responsible for this. What have fish and animals ever done to deserve such a horrible death? They are an amazing creation from the very God that kills them, for reasons we will never know I guess. I just don’t get that, I know I’m in no position to question God, but if I ran into him someday, that would be my first question. Getting a man to sacrifice his son is a pure act of faith. But animals?… what’s that an act of, if not murder?. Don’t paint it pretty and call it sacrifice. I could never have it in me to kill a lamb. I’m thankful Jesus did away with that paradox, long before I’m thankful he died for our sins, which is a close second on the food chain of my questions. The story of Cain and Abel has always perplexed me for this reason, I would have asked God, why do I need to kill this gorgeous creation of yours, I don’t feel good doing that, can I not give you anything else?. Something I don’t need to kill?. I don’t want to be angry and kill my brother, I just don’t want to kill period. I wonder what God would say if I asked him that.

@Nathan Desta fruits and vegetables in heaven will taste way batter than anything we have here for sure, and there will be problably "snacks" for extra different flavours but all 100% natural and healthy. I like to think of a picnic in some planet with multiple moons, that very alien oasis, while talking with Jesus himself.

I don’t believe that makes sense. Why would God Incarnate come to specifically earth was such an immense sacrifice if there was so many other options. Why would Satan have residents on this planet and why was he cast out from heaven to this planet. I think we are much more special than you’re giving us credit for. Great answer on other life,…please, tell us what happens to animals, our pets. I am not much of a people person but I absolutely break out in a sweat imagining my dog burning or being in pain. Why are animals such an enormous gift, but not talked about much in the bible, I never understood why God would ask a human to slit the throat of a little lamb and burn it..that he himself created?… , couldn’t he ask for something else?…

@Ren humans suffer because they bring it on themselves. Where there’s humans,there’s disease, suffering, crime and misery. Cities….case in point….Animals are a gift from God they are mans best friend in many cases, I pray they do not feel pain or suffer when the last trumpets sound. I believe God must have a special spot for animals, as there will be animals in heaven, and I definitely believe God has a sense of humour,… look at the zebra, and the spots on leopards and such,. I have a border collie, and a HUGE covering on my wall of three border collies sitting beside each other. The caption at the bottom reads… “When God made border collies, he sat down and smiled”… humans are a lost cause. The flood almost did us in for obvious reasons, animals are awesome. Humans ….not so much.

Is there life on other planets?Short answer...NO. First of all, God the Creator of THE universe, made man in His image. If God created other beings, what image are they?Second, Jesus Christ was the One Son, one Sacrifice, and one time only. He did not go to some other planet or galaxy and repeat the process, since He ascended to Heaven and sits at the Right Hand of the Father. Third, since Christ was the One Sacrifice and one time only, that means if there are other beings in the universe, they would have had to be created sin less. From the Creation, to the Cross, to the Resurrection, surely God’s attention is on mankind only. Is God’s Word taught to other celestial beings?? Just something to ponder.

Thank God at last! Someone is not afraid to preach other neglected parts of the Holy Bible. Listen also to Mike of The Door, also called No Greater Joy, on UFOs in the Bible. We need more preaching on UFOs and other special interest topics neglected in the Bible. Satan is a fallen Cherubim angel per Ezek 28:14,16 who commanded 1/3 of the angels, UFO-piloting angels, and all were forced into the earth in a cosmic UFO war against Michael the Archangel and his fleet of UFO-piloting angels pet Rev chap 12K. If you are referring to the Ten Commandments, then no, they were not abolished. The laws and ordinances that dealt with the sacrificial system were done away with which were placed in the side of the ark, have no more objective to complete. As they were completed with the death of the Lamb of God at Calvary. Christ was the fulfillment of those ordinances that foreshadowed the 'real' lamb of God' instead of the lambs sacrificed in the system devised to point us forward to the true and literally Lamb that was to be sacrificed and atone for men with God. That is why the ten commandments are continually referenced for obedience throughout the rest of the New Testament. Also know that the Ten Commandments were from the beginning although in two commandments; thou shalt love thy God with all thy heart, soul, mind and body; and the second, to love thy neighbor as thy self. In these two great commandments are consolidated all the Ten Commandments. From Adam, Enoch, and Noah they kept the commandments of God in this form of the two great commandments. Abraham also kept Gods commandments through his life, then Isaac, and Jacob. During the time of Moses God because of the ignorance of the people spelled out what the two greatest commandments meant in verity, then spoke them, and then wrote them in tablets of stone that none could misunderstand what the two great commandments were intended to mean. Then Christ in the New Testament reiterated the two greatest commandments again to summarize mans duty in life. That if we keep these two great commandments then we fulfill all ten of the commandments, for they are summed up in the two.

Even though the Bible does say that God created the world(s), it doesn't say He specifically created life on any other world other than our own. Now if I'm wrong, so be it. I have thought about this as well. I think we need to remember that sin is totally foreign, to the rest of God creations.. It goes against everything in Gods society. I mean think about it.. When Satan first rebelled in Heaven and started to make the rounds to deceive the other angels... they had never been told a lie, or been told anything to be deceived. So, they had to decide who was telling the truth in a society that had always been trustful and good. This goes for the rebellion itself.. None of God's creation had ever caused this great divide in the family before. And, for the first time 1/3 of the angels were suddenly cut off. I imagine the courts of the heavenly places were all a buzz about what was going on, and frankly concerned, Perhaps billions of years had gone by and then all of a sudden Satan rebellion in Heaven. With all that said, my point is the jobs of the Angels were not really meant to be used to combat Satan. They must of had other jobs.. What jobs they might have we dont know. And God now, utilizes them by giving them slightly altered Jobs then what they had before. anyways those are my thoughts

Yes. Look around you. If a blind Watchmaker did all of this, then why do all mammals have two eyes, for example? It is said that evolution is just descent of a species coupled with random modifications via "mutation." It is said that unuseful mutations cancel themselves out because they apparently affect survival or reproduction in some way, thus stopping the mutation from being copied. But what about mutations that don't affect survival but just look plain odd? In theory, there is no reason why countless oddities should not have appeared in nearly every species, thus resulting in manifestations of multiple subspecies for each species. In other words, we should be seeing races of humans that have three eyes. Races that have one nostril. Races that have no eyebrows. Races that have pointy ears. Races that have hair like a sasquatch, etc. Same could be said for all species. The only thing more proposterous than a race of three eyed humans is a two eyed human that believes that a blind watchmaker only made species of two eyed humans. If you are going to say evolution is mindless and random, then u better have anectodal evidence for that claim.

Now yes, there is such thing as orchestrated adaptations. That's why we have dogs. Again, if you are going to say we got here through random mutation, then we better be constantly witnessing plenty of highly odd mutations around us that have become subspecies of their own. Since it allegedly happens via random mutation, they have apparently escaped the need for intelligent design. Except for one thing: the Blind watchmaker obviously can see lol. Thats why there are no bizarre subspecies with one eye, etc. Its because creatures were designed, not randomly mutated from mush. Believing in something like that is the very definition of stupidity. I have found many good pastors out there who do not understand this truth, but there are things that we can still learn from them. The thing that we need to keep in mind is to ask God for guidance to discern truth from lies. Many Christians choose to put man’s science ahead of the Bible and are afraid to take it literally or pick and choose what is literal and not to fit their world view.
