Last year the Asebu Pan African Village project was announced. A Chief in Ghana's Central Region said he was giving 5000 acres of land for free to the diaspora community.
On Saturday June 6th at 12pm EDT (Toronto/NY) and 4pm GMT (Accra) time, we chat with Kwame Nitoto, the Administrator on the project. He'll be there to answer all your questions about this land available in Ghana.
Is it really free??
CONTACT Kwame for more details on the land by email: kwamean@gmail.com

Email: kwamean@gmail.com
Please note that a lot of Ghanaians of the older generation, are not the best with responding to emails. If you can't reach someone then make a phone call please.

AA are being given free land in Ghana, and are been asked to just pay for the cost of registering the land in their own name, but some are still complaining? Even indigenous Ghanaian are not given the opportunity to to have free land . We pay for land and also pay for registering the land. So we have to be humble. We black people should start to learn to understand the principles of investing in ourselves and our children’s future. The reward in gaining free land and mere cost of registering is incomparable . People spend $10k easily on land before even building.

The Sun. Do you realize how important it is for our survival? I mean OUR survival as Black people. When I see AA on the Continent they are always smiling, happy, and content. Being away from the beast is a big part of it, but being in the Sun is in itself healing. And so close to the equator. Must be a healing place. I can't wait to get there.

I sent Kwame a couple of emails a few months ago when I saw this on Ekow Simpson, he didn't respond bit it didn't put me off cause I know Sista Yaa from the Sankofa Assistance Repatriation Programme, who is also promoting this. The livestream with Ivy Prosper made me feel at ease and I am ecstatic that this is only for us true Africans on the continent and the diaspora. I am an African in London via Jamaica and I cannot wait to get away from the people who are intent on destroying our soul, bringing as many of our people as I can with me. We need to start raising funds to build infrastructure like roads, water, light, and communications! I notice that some people just go their and identify a piece of land randomly without order! The land must be occupied in an orderly manner, meaning, where ever you are going build on the land...their must first be the establishment of basic infrastructure! Do not just let people start running all over the place and build without order! All homes must be build in small community clusters!

I am at a lost for words. My wife, and I gave been looking to return to home. Africa has been calling us for some time now. We can no longer stay here in the USA. We are looking to heal, and seek refuge from the mental damage that's been done to us. Preparing our home for sale, and headed back home ( Africa ) in about 18 months. Thanks for your U Tube video. It has really been informative.

No one in the diaspora can out right owned land in Ghana it is misleading. It is a lie it is false. You can least land not buy land out right. So You never what you paid for. Our fore father's lands were taken away now they asked us to return but you are not given that position of really owning property out right. It is all least land for 99 years. We can be used to build up the country but never to own what your fore father's lands. It all false . Chiefs are not giving away any lands its leased property for 99 years. Stop being fools. They just want to use us for their own benefit, just like the colonists. Believe what you all want.
