There were tetras, corydoras, guppies, raspboras, gouramis, and like 5 other bettas. I spent the rest of the dream trying to return them to my LFS, before they killed each other, without getting banned forever for being a bad fish owner. FTR is infiltrating my nightmares.

I had A LOT of dehydrations headaches when I was younger. I didn't know how to tell when I was thirsty 🙃 Still don't, really, but I have better hydrations habits. Anyways I ALWAYS take pain killers to get rid of my headache, AND make sure I'm eating sufficient food, hydrating, not staring at screens, fix whatever caused the headache. Just fixing it and resting isn't enough. If I take a nap with a headache I wake up in more pain. If it works for you it works for you! MY ADVICE THOUGH If you have nausea, eat some ginger/ginger candy, or drink ginger tea. I've head mint also helps nausea... Haven't tested this myself Warm or cool rag over the eyes or on the back of the neck/base of skull can be relieving if you have pain in those areas. Neck/base massage can be relieving. If you need to rest your eyes but can't stand the boredom: podcasts or audio books! Maybe just music if that's sufficiently entertaining to you. Hopefully you don't have to deal with many more headaches tho 👏👏 Stay hydrated ofc (:

i have chronic migraines- apply peppermint oil wherever you are feeling pain. also, cut a small chunk of ginger root (pill size). drinking chocolate milk with it makes it much smoother going down. i know it sounds weird but trust me it saved my life and doesn't give me the same side effects medications do.

Also if i have a headache sometimes i massage the bottom of my feet. or you can look up home remedies for a headache. thanks for sharing your Betta tank. I love it. I'm still struggling with mine,

Hey Chris! I’ve had an aquarium since I was a kids but never really was a hobbyist about it. Recently I lost all motivation to try and make it looks good and I feel so bad for the fish😢 they live in an algae filled tank but I just can’t seem to want to do anything about it! These videos def inspire me and I think I’ll go clean the tank to let them live out their life in a nice tank! Then I’ll probably throw everything in the tank away and start fresh with a Walstad tank that has 1 dwarf gourami and few neon tetras, maybe a Cory Dora or other bottom dwellers! The tank is a 10 gal btw so I’m not sure if it would be overstocked with the gourami and neons and Cory Dora’s! LMK your thoughts. Yes I know restarting the tank will make the process longer but I’m like that where I can’t seem to fix stuff if I feel it’s beyond hope I rather just start over and do it right…

So about that skull island king kong fishes? I've seen something very similar in my grandparents village. Similar sized tanks filled with max level fishes and for some fing reason they were all thriving. All they did was strictly clean the tank. Nothing else. Even the plants were healthy af. I genuinely cannot explain that phenomenon. The owner passed away recently so luckily (????) the fishes found new home in a local artificial pond

We have that giant salamander's relative here in PA: the Hellbender. They are awesome. My favs. They like clear, cold mountain streams (if you can call our rounded little hills mountains). There was one in the Baltimore Zoo that we visited: red light display, lots of rocks and sticks and things... and of course, we couldn't see the salamander.
