The London Underground is 402km and New York Subway is 399km in length. Wuhan has surpassed both the London and NYC at 486km. Wuhan Metro is a rapid transit system serving the city of Wuhan, Hubei, China. Owned and operated by Wuhan Metro Group Co., Ltd., the network now includes 12 lines, 300 stations, and 486.3 km (302.2 mi) of route length. With 1.22 billion annual passengers in 2019, Wuhan Metro is the sixth-busiest rapid transit system in mainland China.[4] There are a number of lines or sections under construction. The government of Wuhan City promised the citizens that at least two lines or sections open every year.

Once linked, you can use them just like Chinese citizens! However, there might be some limits, but for daily use, you typically won't need large amounts of money unless you're buying a car or a house.❤️We come from countries like the United States, Spain, France, and others, and we've all experienced the convenience. You just need to download WeChat and Alipay, and follow the instructions to link your accounts.

@@weihe2466 Even in countries with slow economic growth like Japan, the government must prove that public projects will benefit society within 30-50 years, assuming a virtually (in B/C) 4% interest rate; in the western standerd way of governance for public projects should verify their social and economical benefit surpasses cost with virtual interest rate which is so called B/C which stands for cost by benefit including sosial benefit. For faster-growing countries like China, Western standards require projects to be virtually profitable in B/C at a minimum of 6-8% interest within 50 years. However, some Chinese local governments may use unrealistic rates like 0-1% or extend the payback time to 100 years. This approach which ignores B/C ways actually caused significant problems in Japan before its economic bubble burst, especially in the Kansai region. As a Japanese person and a friend in Asia, I believe Chinese local governments should learn from Japan's past mistakes to avoid similar failures.

However, doesn't the excessive size and luxurious interior significantly reduce the cost-effectiveness of improving our lives? Shinjuku Station in Tokyo has a simple interior, but it has 200 exits, including unofficial ones, to create the shortest routes. This is the cost and time efficience. Cost-effectiveness is about efficiency, and isn't the interior a waste? The maintenance costs will also be overwhelming. If the cost of this interior were used for extensions and double-tracking dedicated to express trains, the housing costs, which exceed 100 years of the average annual income, would drop, making life easier. Compared to New York, London, or Tokyo, the interior is excessively luxurious.

比較一下武漢地鐵與臺北捷運： 1,武漢地鐵建造的華麗壯觀令人驚歎，值得好好欣賞。2.進站前要過安檢比較麻煩，各有利弊。3.武漢地鐵站內及車廂內比較嘈雜，臺北安靜很多；但武漢的廣播使用兩種語言較簡潔，臺北用四種(有時甚至五種)…常常被語音轟炸的受不了。4.武漢候車時不會排隊，而且不會禮讓先下後上。5.兩者整體都很整潔，小姐姐都很漂亮🥰🥰🥰

The total loss of China's subway is about 12.5 billion US dollars per year, which is less than 1% of the annual interest paid by the United States on its national debt. With the improvement of the subway network and the improvement of urbanization, the subway losses will decrease year by year. Moreover, the subway's debt is mainly from Chinese state-owned banks, just like you borrow money from your father. There are also some trains in remote areas of China that provide free services.
