Workers are never satisfied with pay. The average person eats out every day. Over pays in house and car. As a truck driver who got in the game with 11k in debt. Trucking has been a blessing.

Your average joe.. am blessed to get the opportunity to pretty much drive a car I am in love with.. 1 yr left and debt free.. wanted shiny teeth lift the old truck and the newer car...BUTTT!! I PREFER TO HOLD OFF THAT MINDSET... TO WORK NOW AND Enjoy THAT WHEN AM OLDER...got a 2020 at the age of 19 .. turning 24 this July.. 6 yr lease. Soo what do I look for what should I look up.. am in Florida.. want to get the benefits on trucking.. to be insured pay.. and tell the guys my situation.. and to go hard... To prove the guys that am the guy to hire to big companies and profit of that money... Not for the teeth or anything.. rather invest it into a house... Rent that out 20k down let that do it's thing.. and work on my craft learn it and do my thing.. learn the in and outs.. maybe 4-7 yrs in and go into the driving concrete trucks and just get up early to pour them.. make the pour easy on me and the workers and of course the pumper..

I would say this. Don’t buy the house by the land with a well already dug and water allocated and put a double wide on it. There’s places up north as well as in Texas that are selling 20-30 acres for an average price of 46-55k. Very nice doubles sides that are nicer than homes for 70-86k. All of that together costs less buying a house on less land space and being locked into a 25-30 year mortgage.

Let's just make it simple, we are out 3 to 4 weeks to get home 2 days, and barely making bills. YEAH we don't deserve better pay at all, so guess what we all quit and the country dies.
