G'day Chris! Thanks for stopping by! 👊🏼 I'd say at the moment (like everywhere), the housing market and job prospects would be a downside. There's definitely a few sketchy areas to avoid living as well (Bungalow was definitely one of them 😅😂) Other than that, the lifestyle is pretty damn good 👌🏻Summer is obviously pretty brutal, but to be expected. Scotty 😊
