I do bike deliveries in the city, generally in Manhattan but the Bronx as well, and no matter how tired I am I hardly ever opt to take the train home because depending on the time/the part of the city where you get on to the train it's unlikely that I will find a car that's empty enough that I can take my bike without also encroaching on other people's space

As a Bicycle Builder myself, what annoys me the most about this Bike is the seat hight. The Distance between the seat and the pedals is far too small. If you use this bike with the pedals, the movement is not very practical and you can`t really use the strenght in your legs. This Thing needs an adjustable seat.

So this is the first video ever saw of you. I have been watching your videos since and I see why now why everyone says so many nice things about you. You are inspiring and always motivating not just to get out and do what you love but to be kind. You are a child at heart and I hope you never lose that. Btw I can't go a day with out watching this video at least 4 times a day. My birthday is tomorrow and my husband gave me an early birthday present and it's this amazing bike. I don't drive and I'm always on my little ol' beach cruiser but now I'm going to rocking the streets with this bad boy. The bicycle looks great! What about security and theft? There is a Dutch brand of electric bicycles which has a 'smart' version connectable to your smart phone. It also has a built in GPS tracker and should it get stolen, the company deploys a recovery team to locate and bring the bicycle back. In the event they don't bring it back, the bicycle will be replaced free of charge. I have one and love it! This is a big selling point for me and other people.

This bike is perfect for the “older” generation. I tried the boosted board, and it is great. But it is a little too unstable for anyone who’s not used to riding a skateboard. And it is definitely too jittery for older people / people with slower coordination. Something with the stability of a bike, and the longevity of an electric car is ideal for cities where driving is not ideal. Can they send me one? I won’t even ask for one for my wife! 😝

Did I miss it or did he miss it ? How long to charge it back to full battery? Is it a regular charge cable popped into an outlet?
@Patrick94GSR6 жыл бұрын
Yes there's a charger that plugs into the wall and into the battery. Depending on battery size and charger output, and battery level, it could take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours to charge. Li-ion batteries last longest when kept in between 20% to 80% charge level, and charging at a low current level (takes longer). Charging at a higher current level like 5 amps charges the battery faster, but also shortens its life. I have an adjustable charger from Luna Cycles where I can choose 1 to 5 amps and have it stop at either 80, 90 or 100%.

Well Casey here I am, drawn to your intensity and drive to make "368" reality from your minds eye, this also true for me and "Franiworks", a multimedia dream that can be one awesome platform for minority writers, film makers, Vlogers, and much more. Knowing that the crawl is way longer than the walk tells me to keep on keeping on. You have New York and I dream of going home to San Francisco, who knows maybe a Bay Area 386 in San Fran or Oktown. The point is keeping it real, keeping it fresh, "Never looking back darling, it distracts from the now" like Edna says. Time to "GO, FIGHT, WIN"......... and never ride a Booster-board w/a cape!

casey i love your videos and i dont want this to come out bad, but that bike is really bad for ur knees. while it might be an amazing short-term solution, you might want to think about the long term effects! i can imagine tho with 35 mile range ur not using ur legs too much in which case it definitely wont have as much of an impact as i think. ALSO! keep up the amazingly inspiring work!

The crucial things with e-bikes is range and speed. It is nice to have some suspension and hydraulic disc brakes, but you can live without them. It would justify $2000 if it had 80-120 miles range. With range of 20-32 miles the max worth can be around $800.

This bike is super heavy, Looks Cheap and a bit to square ish for my liking. I went with a Lectric XP Bike which folds, and also can hit top speed of 28 mph as well as bring front and rear lights, front and rear fenders, Rear Bike Rack with a 1 year warranty for only $899, Now you can't beat that. Super 73 bike needs to come down in price a bit Maybe $1200. I am a NY Born and raised Native, It's time I get with the program and use my Ebike when I get it sometime in April 2020. No more red light tickets for me, no more speed traps, No more looking for parking or paying for parking, that includes Parking Meters, No more getting stuck in traffic, Bike lanes are usually empty and you can zip past a row of stopped cars. Of course I will still have my cars, but won't be using them for local stuff in the summertime. The use of the Ebike will lower my insurance because I will be putting in a lot less miles a year in my car, as well as Saving lots of gas money. Thanks for sharing. Glad your having fun.
