The Roam Hub charging stations are equipped with fast chargers capable of charging the Roam Air, (the company’s electric motorcycle) in less than an hour. The stations are also powered partly by solar energy and are designed with an interoperability function that allows other electric vehicles from Roam’s partners to be serviced at these locations.

Thats due to the infancy of the company..and it takes time to scale up..if there is a demand,they will try to supply.Unless the government intervenes,with incentives to buy to every person.But just remember change takes time.I hope this helps.Good day and I wish you well with your course and University.

Very innovative, until it is scaled up. There are millions of motorcycles in Kenya which these "green energy" people intend to replace with electric ones. The charging bill will go up and companies like these will no longer be able to offer charging services free. Instead of forcing this technology on us, I wish governments will give us both options and let consumers choose. Lots of fossil fuel emissions go into making these "green" bike batteries. Be on the lookout for serious environmentally damaging waste when the same batteries reach their end of life.

The offer for free charging is just a promotion for now! Its not about the government forcing this tech on you, the world is treansitioning to zero emission vehicles and Kenya also signing the Paris Agreement has an obligation to also cut down greenhouse gas emissions by 40% in 2030. So you see there is alots going on in the world.

@@drivafy Yes there is lots going on in the world, doesn't necessarily mean all of it is for your benefit. The Government "forces' this tech on citizens by making it super expensive to do the alternative. There is no such thing as "zero" emission vehicles because lots of fossil fuel burning and environmental destruction goes into their manufacture. This is not to mention the toxic waste that has to be disposed of when they reach EOL. All this aside, I am trying to understand why a continent that is responsible for 4% of all greenhouse gas emissions needs to tax its citizens into poverty just to meet some unrealistic targets set by a committee of people they didn't elect. These committee members do not believe in any crisis btw which is why they are buying expensive beachfront properties while telling you and I that the seas are rising. They also go to these meetings in hundreds of carbon belching private jets. In summary, why should we suffer when they make no changes to their own lifestyles? Why doesn't this Paris Accord hold China accountable for being the world's number 1 carbon producer? It's small insignificant countries like Kenya that have to suffer. Something really stinks about this climate hysteria and people need to open their eyes to the deceit. Just last year in they tried to claim the hottest temperatures recorded in the UK by taking temperature readings near a runway at heathrow with all the hot jet engines passing by. I'm all for this new tech, but only if they allow people to have options.
