Alfi had no influence on which club Erling decided to sign for. He signed for Dortmund because they made the best impression on him during his visits (he confirmed this in Norwegian media). United pulled out due to Mino Raiola's request to get rights to 30% of future transfer fees. There should be regulations putting a stop to that kind of requests, because it basically gives the agent power they should not have. Haaland made the right move careerwise though. Great league, great team and a huge opportunity in terms of development (A+ training facilities, huge chances to play in ECL every year etc). This kid is a monster!
