The peons and peasants are more self aware, they realise they're being sent to their doom. The acolytes are completely brainwashed by the Lich King's cult speak. Infact I'd argue that ultimately led to the success of Arthas and Anubarak at Icecrown against Illidan, Kael and Vashj, Nerzhul's ability to inspire loyalty and command his troops to do his bidding. Sylvanas was the only one that saw through it, Varimarthras recognised it as well and switched sides.

we saw that game live on twitch and it was absolutely fantastic. it was a 26 minute long thriller filled with ups and downs and a finale that made me and the boys jump up from the couch - a risky move considering we old wc3 veterans risk cracking a hip or two by doing so. still, would risk cracking a few more hips for such games, thanks grubby! an awesome watch!

iirc there was a guy in RoC who used to play only mountain king in every game. He would tower creep the map and buy potions of healing and mana from the shops and fight when mk reached lvl 6. It worked quite a lot from what I remember haha

In these 1 hero no units challenges I feel like these players would win if they just went all in on your base. after you made the 3 towers he left and never came back. I would have at least tried. Anyway, great stuff Grub!

winning against dryads+ bears... and demon hunter + panda... literally that matchup cannot be worse. magic immune + sustain healing army. manaburn against the only usable unit (dreadlord hero) and aoe against the zealots. the biggest gigacounter against a troll strategy... and somehow he wins... LOL.

bwhahah i love this, i did this strat in RoC in ladder and still won on my ud only account that went to 87-0 in ladder solo. DL acolyte fast expand on LT vs someone i never heard of but i can 100% say he's probably one of the many people who cried on forums that they couldn't get past lvl12 due to "smurfs" keeping them down. instead of them consistently winning matches lolol love this strat, its even funnier in 2v2

hi grubby what about a game with only one hero on the ground. The other is in the zeppelin (or the other two). The groundhero enters the zeppelin, another is allowed to unload. This way you can multiharrass the opponent from different angles by three zeppelin. what about three heroes but each one only one ability. (tome of retraining is okay) 26:15 "oh man"
