Or the fact that the "luxury" you are getting is nothing compared to luxury 10 or 20 years ago. It is just a bland and soulless husk of a luxurious mansion. Not sense of artistic beauty or aesthetic taste. No ornamentation. Why be rich and buy expensive things if they are just going to be bland and ugly. Modern day luxury is a scam like everything else. With what someone would pay for a house like this, they could buy a comfy abode in the mountain's or on private land and have complete privacy.

i'll tell you a feature i dont like, having the pool down the stairs and away and there not even being a chill spot next to it with easy access into the house such as a french door or something. they kind of tried to have one, but its underneith the stairs so if you were going to the pool its almost like you need to walk outside and duck under those stairs and then once you arrive if you aren't in the pool then there is no relaxing place with a fire for you to hang out, because they had that upstairs on the balcony, very weird and it will cost at least 500k to fix it.

My favorite feature of any home is what you see after you walk out your front door. Are there beautiful trees in the neighborhood. Can you walk to a big beautiful park or even a cafe? Are there mountains in the distance? Is the weather beautiful or is it useless humid weather and big bugs. Can you ride your bike to a farmers market? Location, location, location.
