A serious answer. He talks about how most people waste time and are inefficient, using 24 hours as one day and only working from 9-5 or whatever within that. He sleeps from midnight to 6am, then treats the 18 hours between divided in to three separate 6 hour ‘days’ to work within and achieve stuff. So he claims to work 3 days to everyone else’s 1. It might work for him, but likely unsustainable for the vast majority of people 👍

The next day on Tuesday he he sleeps in and wakes up at 12pm and works till 6p,. Then Wednesday he wakes up at 6pm and works till 12am again or something. Then stays up till midnight and does it over again.
