Much as I have often said I'm okay with marching to the beat of my own drum, and as true as that is, yes, some kind of support system is important to me. Not just with doll collecting, but other interests as well. I think it's so cool that you love to write! So do I! I love hearing about how your family supports you! I've been very blessed in that regard. I have friends, family, and even coworkers who all enjoy my dolls in some capacity. I love sharing that joy with them and using my babies to put smiles on faces, especially on hard days.

Exactly! Although we don’t need the approval of others to enjoy our hobbies, it is nice to be able to share it with family and friends. I absolutely love getting to share the hobby of doll collecting with my daughters! My husband is incredibly supportive of my collection because he knows it makes me happy. I even have other family members who enjoy hearing about my doll collection. For me personally, I enjoy having a support system when it comes to my doll hobby and of course my other hobbies as well😊

Such a sweet baby! To answer the topic question, It's really not important to me if a family member or a friend is not interested in my hobbies. We all have hobbies or like things that other people do not. My family enjoys my dolls and my crochet etc. I also have my dolly family on my channel and special doll friends. I think doll/reborn channels are good for people who don't have support and need or want interaction with like-minded people.

Yes! Our dolly family is definitely a great support system! Especially for those that may not have other supportive people in their lives.

I don’t need a support group, but it really helps for our families to not be immature and judge us. In my opinion that’s all it is, immature people are the ones who judge.

Great topic! I’m lucky that my husband definitely supports my hobby, but only because he wants to buy his own collectibles 😂 anytime he says “why don’t you buy yourself a new doll?” I know something new came out that he wants! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤪 the rest of my family has never understood my collection, my mom basically calls it a waste of money 😢

Haha I love it!🤣It seems you and your husband both support each other when it comes to your hobbies which is wonderful! Unfortunately to many people, this hobby is a waste of money but as long as we as collectors understand it, we have every right to enjoy our dolls.

Yes he is a cutie 💓 I do have a supportive husband, but my daughter who will be 35 in a couple weeks questions it😅😊❤ does that bother me , no. She absolutely loved dolls growing up and I saved a lot of her dolls that she wants to keep, so it's the same thing 😂 glad you are getting better !!! ❤️ the video was good and I could see fine.
