Yes dear, I kept asking myself, "Is this it? " for a couple of years before Covid...I hit rock bottom and in the midst of it God aligned a life coach on my path,just what I needed at that time.First question he asked me, "Are you using your gift for the purpose that is your divine calling?" This hit me hard...3yrs later and I'm in the most beautiful head space that I never thought possible.Keep going,appreciate the present knowing its one piece of the puzzle and it matters in the outcome of the whole picture (divine calling) blessings!

For the fruit flies you can put some water in a tin, add vinegar in it and vanilla essence Put it around where they are… it works

I go to the gym 5 days a week. It could be 6 but I need to rest lol. What I can say is, focus on the larger vision of your fitness. For me, I go to the gym because it's my way of reconnecting with my body and making sure it's strong enough to carry me as I work to achieve all my dreams. So focus on your real why aside from just doing it because it's cool. Also, you also have to understand your personality eg Joanna you are an impulsive person, you make decisions to start and stop things instantly. Maybe you can interrupt your train of thought when you want to quit and remember there are no quick results. It takes minimum 6 months to see real change. All the best.

Totally enjoyed the video. About the fruit flies, what worked for me was to remove the big trash paper outside (like the one that we throw away after a week). Then, I use another small small papers to put trash, which I empty every day... (At times I use a gunia, like the shopping ones, empty them daily to the big trash paper (puts it in the balcony)... Also, cleaning the tugunia often... That worked like magic... I hope it makes sense.... Also, congratulations 🎉🎉🎉🎉👏👏👏👏 on 150 K! I love to see it! 💪💪💪💪💪
