Welcome to my Roma rebuild in Football Manager 2023, another FM23 one-off rebuild on this channel in what may be my craziest rebuild yet as I rebuilt Roma from Italy (or at least attempted to!) with some huge transfers and crazy results - can we take them to the top of Europe ahead of FM24?

I've been really late to the FM party this year, but finally got the buzz again right at the end. Enjoying going back watching all the content I've missed and discovering new content like yourself. Currently on a Only Orange run. Where I can only manage teams that play in Orange, and when they win a league I have to try and leave. Got Brisbane Roar to 1st and won Playoffs in my first season. YT has been a savior for tactics and transfers. Big love from a returning player ❤

@@shanemcgaley8322 Stade Lavallois, needed to build my European profile so had to go for a lower league side. Hopefully I'll keep them up this season then push for a promotion next year. Aiming for Blackpool, Luton, Dundee, next before trying for Lorient or Montpellier if it all goes tits up ill try Houston Dynamos. Its been a good way to learn the game again. Very trial by fire lol

I didn't start with Roma, but in 4 years I won 4 Seria A, 2 Champions League, 3 Copa Italia and 2 or 3 Italian super cups. They finished 6th or 7th when I took over. I have won 1 Seria A by 1 or 2 points, and 1 on head to head difference. The Seria A does go to head to head games

With the naming and image right of Roma. I think they have an exclusivity with Konami and PES. It’s the same in FC too. I think Juventus has the same problem in fm22. They were named Zebre that year.

Roma are FM associates. The Mod pack that is supposed to fix licensing with real club names has a bug tho, so it calls them Capitoline.

40:17 and guess against who we lost our only UCL final in history (played in Rome by the way)... Liverpool! If i remember well It has been the first ever ucl final to be decided with a penalty shootout and It has gone down in history with groobelar's dance and Graziani's missed pen. Jesus! This rebuild really gives me the same vibes my childood Roma fantasies gave me, Just as crazy as i hoped It would be and Just as crazy as our sometimes sad and unlucky story. DAJE ROMA SEMPRE 💛❤️
