Is this *NEW* CHARLOTTE TILBURY Product EVEN A FOUNDATION?

It reminds me of when the flawless filter came out and everyone thought it was a foundation too … And then it became one of the most duped products.

this sort of reminds me of the joah stick foundation but that one is not as metallic looking

My answer to your thumbnail is a big No! I would have picked color 1.5 for me and I have lighter skin than you. Per usual you pulled off a pretty final look though. Do you think a darker color would have put this into the foundation catagory??

Thank you! I think all of the shades are really sheer based on the reviews I've seen. Charlotte Holdcroft even tried using a deeper shade as a bronzer.
