He's not a bad champion at all, but he is also not amazing. For how absurdly difficult they are making fusions (especially with essentially a second fusion right after for the awakening), people generally want extremely strong fusions before they will commit.

jedi, his shield amount is based on his MAX hp, although he is a DEF champ. Increasing DEF won't increase his shield as you mentioned at the end of the video.

I have a hard time hitting the speeds CCs sometimes suggest as "standard" or basic, its not just hitting the speed, but hitting that speed WITH other at least acceptably reasonable stats is tough for every build. My account is only 6 months old, so working on getting better gear.

Yeah.... I'm glad I didn't go for the 5* soul (actually, got the 4* without even trying), so I'm not really burnt out. Also, having just the champion chase, and no other shard pulling event until (maybe) Freya, I have enough resources not to stress about during this fusion.

Nice work with the video. I appreciate the transparency & disclaimer about the champ builds and the difficulty in making these builds (as it's intended for the top level of hydra). Just sets a fair expectation for viewers and hopefully they are able to interpret how it would look in a scaled down version at lower difficulties if they are not end game like yourself. I agree he's not a bad champ, just not a champ worth going out of the way for for most players. A 2 week fusion is a lot of time & resources for an avg lego nowadays (especially if you're not still early-mid game or lack cleansers in this case).

Hey mtg, one issue i saw was you didnt set up shyek properly, he will NOT use his abilities properly if you dont set up his presets, i noticed he almost never tuanted and was only using his a1

For Hydra, pair him with Shamael. Shamael removes fears AFTER they are placed, so he will get insanse turn meter fill and can double boost if in leader spot or just double boost your leader. Also would he work well in a frenzy set in hydra? Can you test something like that if you have the gear? ( i know everyone sells frenzy) 😂

I would say that an upgrade would be Ankora. She has a more powerful a1,, shields, strengthen, and a revive. Shrugs off cc effects. He is the budget version of her, but with turn meter instead of a revive. She was also a recent fusion, and widely spread throughout the player base too. I personally won't be going for him as I think he is decent but not required for my account. That means, time to save resources and have a break.

If you compare the kits side by side without Narses, I'd argue that his kit is probably better than hers overall. It's extremely similar, though. In my hydra teams, where I don't really need revive much anymore, I'd pick him over her. Debuff and buff extension, plus heals, over revive.

Do you think Jeroboam would work on a team with Vizug, Uugo, Big 'Un, Bellower and a reviver, maybe Rector or Aniri, for a reasonable key for hydra hard?

I don't hate him. I just don't like him enough to spend time and resource to get fragments for him especially after all the Asgard Grinds so far. After all as you said in the video, "He is DECENT" and not great. I will still grind a little to get some fragments for the Maud but that is about it.

I never recommend Artak for hydra. Doesn't do enough damage to release devoured champs.

well by the hell hades website i'm currently between late-game and end-game because i'm missing lydia and 3v3s at gol. So not for me plus the fusions this past year have been nice, besides the a certain pairing with arb.

Next time instead of just saying top tier support champions can you give a couple examples just so people can see if they have them or if they should go for the fusion.

Doesn't fit in my Trunda team (Trunda, Kymar, Lydia, Gurptuk, Shu-Zhen, Bivald) or in my NM team (Marius, Eostrid, Michinaki, Pinthroy, Mauli, Shamael) or my Brutal team (in development, currently: Thor, Michinaki, Mikage, Padraig, Ukko, Uugo).
