I really love the “case of the week” feel of the show. It really allows the writers to just go nuts. I mean I never really thought about how the revelation of real sorcery would pretty much ruin the “magic” industry. And I’ll take any excuse to see more of Wong, he really is (as Jen perfectly said) twitter armor. And as a man in his early 30’s I completely agree with Jen that dating in your 30’s SUCKS!!!!!! And while she may not have gotten a boyfriend at least she had sex with an infuriatingly good looking doctor. Though I’m genuinely surprised he was able to walk the next morning. He should’ve had at least a crushed pelvis, like the Amazon planet episode of Futurama, full Death By Snu Snu! Look it up.🤣🤣🤣🤣 Also for people complaining that this show is nothing but filler, THAT’S THE POINT!!!! It’s Ally McBeal in the MCU, a lawyer sitcom, it has never claimed to be anything else. You don’t hear people complaining when they watch Seinfeld or Friends that the “overall plot” isn’t going anywhere.
