I love this song. It could be interpreted either way like you said. That's the beauty of ST. Vessel leaves it just vague enough that people can relate to it with their own experiences. I feel like this person/entity visits his dreams so they whisper in his ear before he wakes and becomes distraught when he realizes they are gone. As for the suicide frenzy, either he's contemplating it or that person/entity did it. Who really knows. But great progression in this song. Love that little hip hop beat then when it kicks in for a more rock sound. Just a great song. They haven't performed it yet, so hopefully in the future they'll add it to their set list. 😅 Worship ❤

She's the ghost, he's spoken about suicide attempts in several songs. He's also talked sbout wanting to be with her snd she's just not all in and that he'll always be there no matter what. He's frustrated that he dreams about her and yet he searches for her in his dreams. Calls to her in fear she may not be there even though its destroying him. Imo respectfully 😊
