Even then you could see how uncomfortable Arteta was when Pep went up to Wenger. This man has always been Arsenal through and through. KDB, Bernardo, Kompany, Sterling are all players who made their name with Guardiola and were no where close to their city level before they joined the club. Guardiola has definitely improved the players and the team and to take credit away from him makes no sense.

Bernardo also highly rated before he came to city.
