@@ButterNoToastit’s becoming more and more true, these little batteries and brushless motors can pretty much compete with air anymore, and the convenience makes it worth waiting 2 extra seconds for them to break a bolt loose. Definitely cheaper but not better. I own both. And honestly I prefer the Milwaukee brand but I’m not a professional so spending money on tools that’ll be used on the occasional weekend project is just not economically smart. I’m happy to see that ryobi in action but let’s be honest, that’s a 4 lug nut wheel and the tool is an 18v with a 6ah battery. My M12 stubby 3/8” with a 4ah battery can take the lug nuts off my Silverado and also change the brakes and many other places where that beast of a Ryobi wouldn’t even fit. I love Ryobi and so do the professionals because if they forget their Milwaukee tool at home, they can just buy a Ryobi and it’ll get the job done. They can also leave it at the job site and not worry about someone stealing it. Say what you want about Ryobi, but saying their products is on par with Milwaukee is just ludicrous

After owning and using many, many brushless impacts of co workers at the shop and sister shops I ended up being truly impressed with 2 that I ended up buying the Milwaukee high torque and Rigid high torque. I bought their 1/2" impact 5yrs ago, it's been thru Hell & back. First test was a crank bolt on a 25yr old 4g63. Knocked it off in 2secs literally. Only issue I had was the snapring jumping out of it's groove in the drive assembly. Jammed the assembly, wouldn't turn. Simple fix to break it down and reinstall it properly. This was a year ago after I dropped it so my fault really.

@@edtheoldtechguy well, I did pull the trigger. One month in and I did not use a single tool yet haha. So it's been worth it. Not my tires ... but no, these tires in 2 years have not been rotated as the car sat for much of the time in a garage hence the reason we worked on it.

I literally used that exact same impact on my SUV. Torque specs were 110 ft-lb. It was nowhere near that easy. 4 lugs let's you know that's a small car maybe 80 ft-lb. Even on my Prius they don't come off that easy.

It is as stated in the video, This is the customers tool and yes its a small car. What's impressive to me and no one seems to get in the comments, is that this is a Ryobi and it didn't burst into flames or smoke up. I consider it a win just for that much.

So it can bust 100-110 ft lbs 😂 my high torque MAC tool impact I use in heavy duty to snap bolts off. Hell my makita 1/4 impact has almost pulled off 100ft lbs, and that bitch has dropped off the side of a semi-trailer, still working good

Just take my word for it and if you don’t believe me, look it up yourself and thank me later. Best/cheapest big high torque impact is the Hercules ultra torque. Most compact impact in the world is the rigid subcompact 18V kit, and the most compact mid torque is the Hercules 3/8 compact impact. The highest breakaway torque in the world on an electric cordless ratchet goes to the Dewalt 3/8 ratchet. I recommend buying the more expensive premium batteries for all these products as they will give you more torque more run time and make you an overall happier man lol.
