“Knuckle taco salad” itself is not a skate term, but each of those words has its own independent meaning. The knuckle of a jump (more of a snowboarding thing actually) is where the slope of a landing starts. A taco is when you fall on a rail on your stomach and bend around it like a taco. A salad is a type of grind. Skateboarding has some wild lingo

I did Speed Club when I was like 12 -15 which is basically rollerskating really fast in a circle and when you fall on a skate rink and slide on your bare knee into a brick wall that's not fun, you get nice shiny rink burns yes we were required to wear helmets!
