Great vid had one question at like 5:30 when talking about drop rotations why would u not just triangle the right side so no one has to play 2 on the weak side. Right corner drops you run to right corner lock stays up top no one is open. If u swing from the weak side u have a SG playing 2 in corner and the hash of ur playing a good team they will read that and dot it everytime

Okay I get all this but I'mma need a few key stats. What is the onboard defense stat of the 2 guards playing the wings???? Also what is the steel rating of the Wing defenders??? And last and final stat that's going to be important the speed? Because I need to know what speed allows them to move around enough to get to those rotations? And clearly all you guys have decent on ball defense I'm guessing 85-87 seems like y'all got silver clamps on the wings now what's the interceptor badge?? Im also guessing silver. Speed im thinking 84-86

Problem with this defense is it depends on Pgs being late with the pass because they over-dribbling, there’s so many opportunities to pick apart a 2-3 or 3-2 zone all you have to is spread and read, my team scores nearly every possession against this type d. but you gotta be smart and unselfish I think man is the best defense if you got 5 guys that can legit guard and guard multiple positions.

The zone defense is ok but if you/they got teammates who understand how to beat a zone using the midrange it can end really bad really fast

Against decent competition, yes. Against the top 1%? No
@michaelmd34 Жыл бұрын
@@RonnyTheGamer that depends on who the top 1% is a lot of players who are extremely good at the game don’t care to play for a living/pro they just do it for fun so I would say the top 20% if we are going off every single player in the world who plays 2k
@48Brezcey Жыл бұрын
I just beat a team in squad rec earlier dropped 38 on them while they were running zone all goat players at that while me and my squad was running man smh anyone who runs zone is weak especially if one player is killing you in the midrange and you give up 40 to 50 points 😂😂😂😂

@BeastModeXCIII Жыл бұрын
The term “3-2 zone” is very misleading because it ends up being an advanced help defense scheme that limits switching rather than a true zone like a 2-3. Even with 2-3 the best way to run it is with a “switch everything rule in place for 1-4)

Easy to play zone and double team. Reach with 90 plus steal and boost not really skill
@crizzy9815 Жыл бұрын
sounds like your got terrorized by 3-2 and now you upset 😂🫵🏽
@willcfjackson5114 Жыл бұрын
@@crizzy9815he kinda right low key. Wouldn’t it be better & something different to watch if pros made balanced builds and played actual man defense & ran real sets. Ofcourse playing on pro level takes outrageous skill & IQ. But it also takes IQ & skill to strap up your matchup and give a mf 20+ & 10 assist on a build that’s not offensively over powered & dotting ppl and passing to Cuts on time w/o anyone calling it out. You just have to see it b4 it happens. That’s also very skillful

This is basic IQ for those who don't know how to play basketball or played street ball dont count
@Davis0725 Жыл бұрын
You said this wrong, 2-3 stops attacking the basket so much. 3-2 is win you’re playing against a team who likes to spread the floor to shoot from the perimeter
