I installed the MGR in my G45 and it is incredible…. I’m not one who makes comments on these videos but I have to say something about what I experienced. The slide action has been smoothed out, it’s a softer recoil impulse but with speed. It’s hard to put into words! But I’m not sure if I got the wrong spring…??? There was no way I could install the MGR like this guy does in the video… I wouldn’t say I have the strongest grip but my grip is definitely not weak. I could not hold the spring in the compressed position with one hand and install it the way it’s done in the video. I came up with away to get it in but that would take to much to explain…. Great product!!! You will not be disappointed.

​@@zrtacticalsolutions I see an 18lb and 15lb option on the springs. I shoot 124gr Federal HST's and range ammo that's around 1250fps to 1150fps minimum. Any recommendation as to which spring weight would be best for that type of ammo?

I cannot understand how a lighter spring weight will keep the gun flatter. I run heavier springs than stock in uspsa. Felt recoil is way less with heavier spring

It doesn’t. It can help with muzzle dip if you are having problems with that. Otherwise it will increase muzzle rise.

I agree. With lighter springs, the slide just feels more violent and recoil more. I too run a stronger spring in competition
