I love that hotel in Pasay City. Ive been to Heritage Hotel many years ago and even entered its kitchen or commissary and its so clean. And yeah, its near MOA.

This is a great hotel, we always stay here when in Manila. Even the less expensive rooms are spacious, and as you said the buffet breakfast is excellent. Location is also great being close to MOA and the airport, the hotel can provide the airport transfer.
