My fiancé is a Disney lover but not to the extent I am. He hears bits and pieces of the All Ears videos I watch but doesn’t fully watch any of them. He just said casually “what’s Molly eating now?” I seriously LOL’d.. that should be the name of this series!

What part is he in? I wonder if he just doesn't always want to be on camera and that is why he not featured in the reviews. Being on for Rtt is different then just sitting and eating in front or a camera.

Last time I was at Steakhouse 55 at Disneyland the chef was doing a beef tartare under a smoked glass dome. I’d love to see them do that at Steakhouse 71 because to this day, that tartare dish is the single best bite of food I’ve ever had in my life!

Thank jodi for the review, we are definitely going to Steakhouse 71. We last went to Disney back in 2020 for 10 days. Going again this summer for 12 days. Kind of hoping there’s not many cast members who wear masks. We only had five days back in 2020 where we didn’t have to wear masks. We miss all the smiles

I completely agree about the food - fantastic! The cake is not too sweet and a nice ending to the meal. The only fail we had on our 10/4 dinner was the service. Ordered a bottle of wine, server brought glass. Ordered the bread service and an appetizer - bread service didn't show. Sauce sampler brought with meal, but no one told us which sauce was which. We were there soon after opening, so they were not busy, so I'm not sure why the server didn't have it together that night. We'll be back for sure, and we hope the service will match the meal!

If no one else has done this, the french peppercorn sauce, "au poivre", is pronounced, "aw pwahve". And I am so excited that Bacon and Eggs carried over from The Wave.

We had lunch there. It was great! Then today we had breakfast there. It was so awful. We left without eating more than a bite or two. Tasted like leftovers from the breakfast All Star Sports. It was so bad we cancelled our planned dinner reservation. We will not go back.

does anyone know how to get ANY dining reservations? like, AT ALL? I am not going until May but have been testing in trial runs to see if anything is available 60 days out and rarely, very rarely, do I see ANYTHING open. How are people getting reservations?

I don’t know if it’s still the same, but when we went a few years ago we could make reservations for our whole trip at 180 days (now 60) from the first hotel night. So for our last day it was really more like187 (now 67) days in advance. I booked the more popular restaurants like Be Our Guest for the end of the trip and worked my way backwards.
