This run reminds me of some of the robot masters from mega man. Forti zipping around the arenas with his own bullshit hit boxes. I love how even if u miss the piercing fang hit, the follow up hits to the side

@@FortiEnjoyer yep. I also find it funny how I had been asking for ring blades for 2 yrs so FS stick the weapon on a hard enemy with a low drop rate and make it the first enemy you see

didnt got the chance to use it since it required arcane, but quick question, when you come back to the normal weapons, will you make any ''detours'' to the DLC ? the deflecting tear, bloodsucking tear, 2 handed talisman, stuff like that that are quite strong, and i believe you still have some bows to go and the DLC adds good talismans for them

Yeah I’m not locked out of the DLC or anything. For example I will be going for the two handed tali very often I’d assume:D will occasionally beat some extra bosses too

tbh i dont mind when people mod the weapons in for the run, its for simplicity’s sake. the whole point of runs like this is to test how good the weapon is so as long as they only use the mod to get the weapon, it makes things way better and more consistent. like with your current setup, if you wanna use rominas glave or radahns greatswords you have to test them in ng+ which is inconsistent with all the weapons that dont need to do ng+, when you could just mod them in and use it from the start and get comparable results. doesnt really feel like cheating to me, its for science lol

I get that :) but for me part of this whole journey is also getting the weapons naturally. It would just get boring for me personally if I’d spawn the weapon for me everytime. Also it would be then tempting to mod some talismans that are hard to get etc.. where do you draw the line? What is acceptable skipping of time just for simplicity? This is not me thinking what others think but thinking how I want to do it. And personally I love the difference it makes for every run when I need to get the weapon where you actually get it.

@@FortiEnjoyer fair enough man if you love the experience then that is all that matters. but to answer your question, i think its fair to draw the line at only dropping the weapon, and MAYBE giving yourself minimum stat requirements for the weapon. i dont think doing those things would defeat the purpose of the run but giving anything more would. but yea either way im glad you enjoy the way you do it bro
