This is my car and set up i would say that 456 was on a standard air box Just had the infinity carbon intake fitted at @NVMMotorsport and it's made 474bhp and drives absolutely amazing! So all those that say standard airbox is better that isn't the case and there's dyno print outs to the contrary.. I'm so happy with the work these guys have done! There's no better tuning shop with parts in the Midlands!

@@taylorjohnson5549 how is the acceleration lower down in revs before/ as turbo is spooling up compared to stage 2 with the stock turbo? Want to go more powerful on my n55 but don’t want to add loads of turbo lag

Great video on the pure 500 for the n55. There’s not enough info / content out there, other than ‘they’re not worth it’. This proves with the right mods, it actually is!

@@Djbigfella1 an engine is an engine, or a vacuum pump matter of fact. Air Fuel spark. Simple, more air more fuel better spark more power. People who think this engine is “better” are hypebeasts. Newer tech is always going to be better and more efficient it’s newer.

Tempted by a pure500 for my OG M2 as a temporary stop gap before fabricating a big turbo setup for it over winter, but yeah I don't know if it would really be worth it on an M2. I'll be bringing it to you guys to get mapped soon anyway so I guess then we can compare the dyno for my current "stage 2" setup to this M135i with pure500 and see if it looks worth it

I have never seen a pre facelift steering wheel in an ewg car, but this turbo looks amazing, I myself have a turbosystems stage 2 turbo on my n55 pwg. But you know pwg is a pain to keep stable boost pressures

Saving for dorch ds15 and pure 500 on my f30 n55. Have already the flex fuel kit to run e50 for it will see how much WHP I can max out on it.

Legend thanks so much for this. Seriously considering for my N55 M2, do you think it may flow a bit better? Only have 98 RON here, id be happy with 450 bhp. You graphs look like earlier spool than stock or am i reading that wrong? Dont want any lag and initially would be using OTS MHD tunes with hpfp ds15 also. Cheers, linking this to the forums!

Yes M2 turbo fold flows a little better. Graph shows a greater torque yield to begin. Little to no spool difference 👌

What 100-200 would you estimate this would run ? Also I’ve seen a lot of companies claiming 450bhp on stock turbo with 700nm with supporting hardware. Whats your opinion on this ? Loved the vid btw

My mate has this turbo on his m135i using the mhd pure stage 2 ots map, it works fine, made 424hp and ran 11.6 on the quarter mile, obviously he'd make more with a proper tune, he made 390hp with the stock turbo on the same fuel. With mhd stage 2+ ots map 98ron
