Instead, giant plastic pump bottles and broken dispensers fill landfills. The whole climate frenzy just transfers wealth from one group to another and nothing changes because afterall humans populate earth and require modern amenities. EVs are another example of tracing back the manufacturing shipppng and raw materials required to build one EV you’d have to drive it for 100 years to cancel out all the negative manufacturing-impacts. 😮

we stayed there a few years ago had to call down three times to get room cleaned they finally came around 9pm,also bags of garbage in hallway along with room service trays left out in hallway,room had alot of maintenance issues as well.

I will never understand why people are so obsessed with this place. We stayed once, our room was disgusting and they did nothing. They refused to clean it or switch rooms. Never again!

😮😮😮the biggest problem with the multi thousand room resorts is room cleaning. Not enough workers to spend the time needed to clean the room. All of those problems could have been discovered at fixed in minutes if not seconds. Most rooms dont have these problems. They just have to be addressed before you arrived. I've had less problems with dirty rooms at Circus Circus and the Excalibur than I have at the Flamingo. It's not the fact the room has not been upgraded.. all of those problems could have been fixed in minutes if some one would have caught them before you did.

Seems like this kinda crap didn’t happen even at the multi thousand rooom hotels 10-15 plus years ago.. Vegas conglomerate greed and lack of semi educated employees which correlate did away with that. Ugh 😩

We were just there got a room on the 14th floor facing the strip. It was suppose to be a new renovated room. When exactly was it renovated 🤔🤔🤔🤔 A year ago, we had the same problem with the hot side of the faucet in the bathroom and the shower you had to let run like 10 minutes before we even got hot water. The view was the only great thing. The rest not so much. 😬😬😩😩😩

Great to see Kristina! I usually stay at Flamingo due to the location but the cleanliness is not very good sometimes. Have never had issues with the bedding, always clean, but sometimes there are stains on the walls, doors, etc. I always have disinfecting wipes and clean the room/wipe down everything I'm going to touch. Think I leave it cleaner when I leave.😂 I don't use the wall dispensers either. I bring my own lotions, shampoo, etc.

Hi J&K. I love seeing you both on this tour. All I can say is yuk!! When I’m paying for a room I want satisfaction. That’s definitely not a dirty room. Is the pool different? I remember it being quite nice with lots of greenery. It looked pretty stark in the video. What the heck did Kristina find on the bathroom wall 🤮? How were the beds? I don''t think it was super dirty, just needed a better cleaning job and some fixes to the sink and the shower plus along the edges of the floor. I wanted to steal the lamp and I love Kristina's Nitzer Ebb shirt but I won't steal that. I've heard they've had issues with the hot water there, how was the water and water pressure. I think the best thing about the Flamingo is cheap room rates, the pool area looks nice and central Strip location.

They need a supervisor checking off rooms. It's completely understandable for individuals cleaning blocks of rooms to miss a few nasty things. It's not understandable to gag in your room on your trip. They need QC supervisor.

Is it safe to assume you don’t live here? Otherwise you’d know that when reopening after covid, ALL of the hotels went minimal when bringing back employees. People that were full time employees were being called back to work very minimal hours, and they didn’t even call EVERYONE back. These businesses disconcerted that they could bring back half their workforce and make them work the job of two employees. This way they save all the money. So don’t blame the employees, blame the business for not having enough staff…..which is their choice.

I’ve stayed at the flamingo, but I only stay in the suites if it’s at the flamingo there reg rooms are to sm for me as I get claustrophobic. I Have never had issues with dirty rooms, there. Where I have had dirty rooms at Caesars more than once, even the sheets were not changed there. Luxor as well have had dirty rooms will not stay there anymore my stays haven’t been pleasant there.

Hi J & K, nice to see you Kristina 😊. Last month we stayed at the Flamingo. Elevators were tricky, no extra blankets, I didn’t use the dispensers, brought my own stuff. The shower was different and we didn’t have hot water one morning. Beds were fine but pillows were hard. We won’t be going back. But I had a good time. 😊

This hotel will be demolished to make room for New hotel and casino and this hotel called #flamingolasvegas will close sometime around late 2025 or early 2026 to make way for New resort this resort is to demolished and imploded after tropicana this resort was built in 1946 this oldest Hotel in Las Vegas strip and new resort will be built on current #flamingolasvegas site New resort will look like mixed use like echelon Las Vegas and #cosmopolitanlasvegas and new name for resort is #solaireresortandcasino Las Vegas this hotel will be completed in 2030 and will have 58 floors and there plans to build new #tropicanalasvegas and if this will be demolished then there are plan to build new #flamingolasvegas like resorts World at South end strip across #mandalaybaylasvegas where there are unfinished skyvue Ferris wheel was planned

I mean for that cheap ass price and being center strip with everything close by, I’ll take it, the room fees in Vegas have gone up drastically. Look at all the shit hotels MGM has like Excalibur and New York New York , the Luxor. I mean I’d take the flamingo any day. Tbh I never even heard of j and k whatever the channels name is. I’d prefer to watch travel Ruby or jaycation any day. Because at least they are respectful when reviewing properties. They list the good also, not just the negatives.
