That might not work entirely well. If the traitors spawn in and then pay attention to who their traitor buddy is (as it says it at the start of the round), then it’s pretty easy. Althoooooough they’re not too great at paying attention so it’d probably work anyway I guess

The only problem with that is the traitors would know as soon as the round started who their partners would be and could still kill without worry. Only if they didn't know who the other traitor was would something like that make sense. Now, make this happen at the start without telling the traitors who is who and then things might get interesting.

Which, I suppose, might not work so well as a Randomat because the Traitors would know when it was in effect as they'd swap roles. So maybe it would have to come as part of another effect like a role shuffle. Where everyone has a chance to change roles and X% of the time the game has no more traitors at that point but nobody knows that for sure and then get super tense and shooty.
