Seemed like such a perfect day and course to run😊 How you keep going with your heart rate that high is amazing! Dizzy sooo focused, a great chase….sooo close 😮 “OH MY GOD , DIZZY!” Absolute gold 😍😂. That 15 seconds is literally round the next corner, just love watching you guys 😀

Thanks 🤍🖤 fingers crossed we get another course/day that give us an opportunity 🤞 but so many variables in a Canicross race, time goals are a little difficult to set your heart on. I like putting the HR on there incase anyone watching thinks running with a dog is easy 🤣

I’ve just purchased my first canicross harness for my terrier and I can’t wait to get started, I’m quite close to thetford too so it’s great to know there’s events near me! Your channel has helped me find so many races I want to do
