Geoff here: Back in 2000, on a contract in Muscat, Oman, we had a fun golf competition to finish off which. In those days there were no grass courses, just desert with waterless water hazards and browns rather than greens. Each grouo going out had a different rule change. My group were not penalized when the bal ended up in a water hazard. However, you had to play the ball on one leg. Great fun and a laugh throughout the round.
