The one thing I don't like about this is that it only works with voice commands. We spend most of our time in the public and voice commands have no privacy. It would look weird if everyone around you was always talking to themselves

Yeah until they can do it just with our mind? It doesn't work for me. Voice commands are slower too for many cases. Honestly the smart phone is the perfect form function IMO. Videos will never look good displayed on your hand. No privacy as you said. The future for the smart phone for me is a scroll that I can make bigger in the four cardinal directions. A phone that can be as small as a thick pencil that can then I can "draw it out" to a large tablet or any size in between... So it can slip into any pocket, become phone sized, and then tablet sized.

Honestly, the next leap of the smartphone needs to be just a continuation of the smartphone that replaces more gadgets. For instance, Android can kind of do this now but phones need to replace basic laptops. If they are powerful enough to dock and use with peripheral hardware, that’ll be amazing instead of having a separate device. Instead of carrying a laptop to school, you can carry an extra thin and lightweight keyboard/monitor peripheral that you connect your phone to run it, and then when you get home just dock to your station at home and entertainment system all at once. Better yet, give the option to do all of that wirelessly as well for quick tasks without needing to dock.
