I ended reading that the Tactical Assault Rifle actually does have a projectile speed. Sorry about that. The bullet speed probably just feels quicker than other weapons!

It's 800 m/s on Tactical Assault Rifle. Tac AR just has the same bullet speed as most ARs.

I think the speed grip or Laser is probably the better Grips for the weapon. it has very little recoil so I don't see a reason to use the Vertical foregrip.

it needs more fire rate. it has lower fire rate and damage compared to the warforged so wouldn't pick this over that. they should've instead brought back the combat smg which had, imo, the hardest recoil to control

It's weak from distance and pull out time is long compared to smg as a secondary. But I think all the other qualities make it a must have, especially with attachments

Definitely one of the first two sights, a speed mag, the second grip attachment (I think its the vertical foregrip) and lastly the muzzle break to reduce recoil even further

I think it’s projectile with faster rate of speed. Definitely was worth it after modifying it ! Because that recoil was unmanageable before the mods.

I dont think most or all the weapons introduced in this season and maybe future seasons are gonna be hitscan, the shotguns sure but smgs, ARs, etc have a high chance of not being hitscan

A GOLD tac ar has less dps than a GRAY warforged (161 vs 172), and a gold tac AR headshot deals less damage than a nemesis AR’s *bodyshot* (36 vs 37) Its damage falloff is also pretty cringe, it hits for around 13dmg at max falloff which is comparable to the Hyper SMG last season 💀 Out of all spray weapons, it has by far the lowest dps with the average being 200 (pistol, burst and harbinger, warforged at 226, nemesis at 175 even for the tradeoff of better range and easier usage which still beats the tac) Idk i just do not see a single scenario where it’s the best option, looks and feels like another underwhelming and unnecessary spray weapon like the readdition of the Drum
