I think it’s really cute, I love the shape. The perfect size for petite girlies but still looks like it’s roomy. My only wish is that the stitching match closer the leather. This would be so pretty in a chocolate suede, or a mulberry suede or a red or black patent leather if you add more colors later on.

Thank you for this video. Super interested! I wish more colors would be released! More importantly, I wonder if the bag will come with silver hardware? I personally think purposes with white contrast stitching would look greater with silver hardware, but that is just me. It is a beautiful bag!

Hi Hanna! 🥰 I'm going to be honest and say that, at first, I thought the bag is pretty but not something I would jump at because I don't typically wear that shade of camel/brown. That was UNTIL you mentioned how it also looks professional, which it totally does! I use a B6 notebook/planner for work and I hope that would fit in the bag because if it does, I'm SO ordering this. The bag looks like it would travel well and it is so perfect for customer events, meetings, dinners, etc. Plus I usually wear dark beige/tan color shoes so that'l be a nice bag to coordinate with. Oh, and I LOVE the contrast stitching and the leather lined interior. Thank you so much for steering me in the right direction, Hanna. Also thanks to you and Melodie for bringing us this great bag! I love it and love that it has a removable and adjustable strap. I’m 6ft tall and have a really hard time with straps that are long enough. I feel included 😊 Can’t wait for more colors 🎉🎉🎉 Congrats it’s beautiful!

I like the design of the bag. Would like to point out that the clip-on metal parts look a little too large together with the D-ring on the bag same height as the handle. The clip-on look quite long in the mod shots for a bag this size, a small dainty clip and D-ring would have been suffice, look more balance and more refined.

I got the pochette and was disappointed with the leather 😢, smelt of nothing. Made me question if it’s real leather. Hearing Togo leather and Epsom raises expectations and they fall short to say the least. Comparing the leather and bags to ultra luxury bags in your review is a little misleading. The bag I got give high street bag, topshop etc not luxury or even mid tier in my opinion as a bag collector. I am a real fan of your videos and channel but the bag I got was ….

Oh no, I’m really disappointed to read this. So sorry your experience hasn’t been better. May I ask, was this the larger Pochette you ordered? If so, which color? I’d like to know if there’s anything I can do to help. As you probably know from my videos, I’m quite picky but have been very pleased with the leather quality from my DUYP collab pieces. I’ve gifted many items to friends and family and they’ve also commented about how nice the leather is, so it bugs me that you didn’t have the same experience. Lovely! I think if the handle could be flattened (like the pochette metis) it would be even more versatile! I never use a top handle but would love this as a crossbody and that handle sticking up 24/7 wouldn’t be ideal.

Everyone saying it needs a back pocket, it’s too small for that. If you put a phone in a back pocket of that small bag it would probably tip over. Plus, it would interrupt the clean, minimal lines of the bag.

It’s a beautiful bag. There is only one thing i don’t like which is the second line (lower) of stitching on the front panel. If the bag especially the flap is not structured enough, the stitch on the flap and front panel may not align properly. But other than that it is perfect. 😊

Do you think the flap will become lopsided since the leather is also pliable after long period of using (especially if you like stuffing the bag to the brink)? The Madison is cute but I don’t like how the top is not straight and you have to adjust it to make sure it’s straight when it’s closed. The stitching doesn’t look straight when you look closely. The contrast stitching makes it obvious. But it’s a cute silhouette.

I'm exploring more affordable bags, and just received the Teddy Blake Kim Stampato 9" bag, which has a slight resemblance to a Kelly. So far, I think I like it enough to keep it. To be the perfect design it needs a back slip in style pocket for your phone so its’s easily accessible. I carry an old Coach Willis. Other than that it looks like a good design

Ah thanks for the feedback! Given the type of leather used and the structured design, I think it’d be tricky to get in and out of a back pocket. But perhaps if we consider different leathers in the future, we can work with a back pocket!!

I hope you come out with a version that has silver hardware and no top handle. I sometimes find that rigid tophandles messes up the way my shirt lays on me when I wear crossbody bags. Overall, a beautiful bag for the price.
