Looks like the Piney. If so, there is another section of the Buffalo within 25-30 miles from there that is also very good. They have shuttle service too.

THAT'S what makes smallmouth fishing SPECIAL! You thought you had a monster, but he was just average. THEY FIGHT LIKE MONSTERS IN CURRENT!! NOTHING like a smallmouth in strong current. My largest was 6pd. 21inch. Citation. It's the only one I've ever mounted. I've caught quite a few like it since I mounted that one. LOVE MY SMALLMOUTH

That canoe rental has literally ruined piney river. I grew up on that river, and you could put in almost anywhere there was a bridge or pull off. Once that place opened up, property owners all up and down the river closed off their properties.

Duck river is same. It’s a shame
@givemeabreakdoc Жыл бұрын
@@pauldavis386 ducks clear on my end……for now. Piney and buffalo ruined. Swan is clear only because the land owners won’t allow it. Still all farms the entire length, but they’ve shut down all access, thanks to the idiots that started camping on the sand bars, drinking, shooting guns, etc. I’ve fished all 4 my entire life. Only reason duck is accessible is because of public ramps. Luckily, I have access below the canoe rental on piney.
