I'm surprised to see this new development, I passed this route in early 90s on my way to Wajir and we took about 2 days to arrive to Modogashe. We used trucks/worries and the road was impass due to rainy weather. We also had to use armed escort and in a convey all the way

Wow..that's really interesting hearing from you sir. Right now it's smooth drive to modogashe but beyond Modogashe it's still terrible.

What about from Isiolo to modogashe is it tarmacked?
@lukaz2549 ай бұрын
Not tarmacked but the tender to do the tarmacking I think was awarded sometime back...it's just availing the funds for the project to get started. If I'm not wrong.

We need as other communities settle in this region, hapa Kiambu tumefinyana sana na huko hakuna watu

🤣🤣🤣🤣 It's true bro but hapa ni ngumu kidogo... Water is the main challenge here... Again tribalism is too baad. You can just stay but owning property ndio ngumu from my own observations.

Very true bro..I'm hoping they do the same for the remaining road as fast as possible. We need development everywhere in kenya

So smooth road but several kilometres without traffic. Human population very low.
@lukaz2548 ай бұрын
There's little traffic because of sparse population of these regions....people are few here...they are concentrated near water sources...
